Dear Sir / Madam,
I purchased Jaguar Geyser Elena Prime Vertical 25L Manual 2KW 312 MM Depth 5 (5Star) HSN CODE:[protected]WA25L 0100) on 14th July 2022. After installation following defects were observed.
1) Red heating indicator light remains dim even after the selected temperature is achieved.
2) Water leaks from pressure relief valve when geyser is switched ON.
Service request was raised on 6th Oct 2022 Ref. No. 01311216. I received call from the service technician and was informed that the fault No. 1 is a design flaw and is the reflection of Green light. Being a technical person, I don't understand the function of these indicator lights if it can't interpret state or level of something.
For the next defect of Water leaks from pressure relief valve he informed me that the inlet pressure valve is not Jaguar product he can't do anything even though it was already come with the Jaguar Geyser packing.
I am very much disappointed to experience such an after sales service. I will not recommend anyone Jaguar products having had such a bad experience.
