Resolved
The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Discrepancy in Paper and OMR
I wish to complain against IIT Madras which conducted the JEE 2010 examination on April 11, 2010.
I want to inform that the Subject order in the OMR was not in order due to which many of my students were not able to do well in the exam. Moreover, there were some questions from topics which were not mentioned in the syllabus. The difficulty level of Maths and some questions in Physics is another serious concern.

My son, Mr Sameer Kumar appeared at JEE 2010. Due to discrepancy of subject headline printed in answer sheet, he answered as per the subject head printed there. He has not been informed about JEE decision for going as per serial no and not responding as per subject headline by the invigilator. When he came out from examination hall, then only he could know about this. He became nervous and due to this, he could not do well in his second paper....
