My fare was 64 because I applied coupon but driver charged me 96

Auto taxi Driver is very rude, arrogant and stupid person. He doesn't have any manners in talking with others. Also he charged more fare than actual fare. Very disappointing.

Estimated fare was 146 and actual fare was 194/-
Whenever we tried to register a grievance on their app there is a message "something went wrong "...

Total fargywada he jugnoo. Auto no mp 09 RA3634 has charged me high fare .on the time of booking it shows 129 and after arriving my destination it convert into 161 . Totally dissatisfied with the company . Before 4-5 day it charged me rs 124 for the same distance. Is it a fraud company??

Faced 2-3 times, the drivers are very rude... They reach some other place and show driver arrived but when we call and say about waiting charges they behave rudely and blame us for the location. 2 times my fare was more compared to the before one (for the same route) when we talk to the support team they just give us km details and say waiting or traffic may cause more charge even when that isn't the case. If we cancel the ride for the misbehavior or driver issues, they charge amount for cancellation of ride.

When i booked cab, the estimated fare was rs.45 and when i reached my destination it showed rs. 155 . jugnoo charged me high fare and I'm very dissatisfied with it's service . kindly solve my issue and also i want my money back .

Driver is overcharging which is more than the actual fare and when I refused to pay he was abusing me and misbehaving

I was to pay 47/- rs but the driver asked for more about 80/- saying its that you had luggage with you and so you have to pay extra - i have never had a ride like this ! At last i paid 60/- instead of 47/- . This is not what i expect from jugnoo !!! Train your drivers !

The company charges extra, as per app after 6 pm they charge 25% extra, but my ride was completed before 6 pm, still they charged me 249 . After complaint the staff misbehaved rudely and the answer from their end was don't use the app

I booked auto with jugnoo app on 29th november 2019 time 07:21 pm with my available jugnoo coupon says 4 km for 29 rs. My upcoming ride is accepted by driver name ravi parmar with vehicle number mp 09 r 8141. But that driver name ravi parmar did not came and he send some other auto driver with different auto number. I told him i booked auto with my coupon that shows 33 rs for my upcoming trip. That other driver started misbehaving and i told him to cancel my trip with him. I told him to cancel my trip. I know i don't need to pay him anything coz he cancelled the ride. But suddenly i got msg in jugnoo app that my ride was completed and i need to pay 33 rs for my trip which i don't even started. Clearly that driver looted 33 rs from me with help of this jugnoos. My matter is not about my 33 rs but the fraud they are doing with innocent travellers. I want consumer court to ask that driver ravi parmar who that other driver was and how he managed to pay me without even starting my trip. I didn't even cancel my ride that driver did...

Your auti drivers come and wait outside the house instead of informing that they have come so that they can take waiting charges. And on top of it they drive slowly bcaz the time period is also charged. This is not fair.

The app doesnt support any kind of complaint like this. There is no way to talk to ur customer support executive. This is not fair at all

We booked car through jugnoo one time after that we took him many places. I gave them check for the money and he said check I could not clear in bank. I sent him money through western union and after few days he cleared cheque from the bank. He is not giving money back and not answering phone call either. Since he said give me time I will return your money We didn’t complain. Jugnoo is not accepting complain since I didn’t complain right away.

Order given on app after that they call n said they are not able to send my order in they will send in morning after that when in went to app for cxl my order its showing its delivered. After that when i went for help they said they are not able to track rider so please contact in morning. Are u kidding me??? Pathtic service. Now i want my money back.

I ordered food from jugnoo and pay through bhim UPI ! The restaurant cancelled my order cause they dont have stuffs thats not my fault then I call jugnoo for refund they first ask me to wait for 48 hrs then I waited !! After waiting I called them and ask them my refund status they assure me to give my refund back in my account after 15 days ! After waiting for 18 days they are still ignoring me rejecting my calls ! Still this [censored] IDIOTS are not giving their ASS to me ! [censored]ing kidding me making joke of a costumer

We took auto rikshaw from rajendra nagar to t choithram hospital the bill in the meter was 59 but he took 100 rs from me n ran away and that person was abusing us... I am attaching his auto rikshaw number mp09r8525 as well as his mobile number is [protected]. Please take strict action against him. I told him not to take extra money then he started abusing and ran away.

I added 500 rs in freecharge wallet that is linked to jugnoo ..But later they debited my wallet amout without any reason and i have been mailing them more than 20 days but there is no response and customer care calling no automatically gets disconnected ...I am completely fed up ...kindly report and and get me back my 500 rs amout asap..and response on mail id [protected]@gmail.com

I took a ride on 10-oct-2016 by using jugnoo app (Ride id#[protected], this was my first ride and they cheated me on my 1st ride. I went from kailash hospital noida to gh-07 crossing republik ghaziabad.

When i ask local autos they was charging rs. 160-170 then i thought to use jugnoo app and whn i reached at home by using jugoo's auto they charge me rs. 208 when i asked driver about high charges he told me that this is the amount which we received form jugnoo and you have to pay it.

When i check the details in jugnoo app they have charged for 24.43 km and when i checked same route in google map it is showing 14.5. Km. The route which i am checking in google map is the same route which auto driver follow in the ride. Can you guys please tell me why you charged for 24.43 km for a ride of 14.5 km? I can be agree for +- 1/2 km but 10 km difference in 15 km ride is not acceptable.

They are not providing customer care no and support email on jugnoo app. I am going to start posting it on social media and internet blogs so that people may aware about this fraud company.

Unable to book ride from the app as it is showing, ( clear your previous balance). I m using paytm facility since I travel always with jugnoo or ola I did not have enough balance in my paytm during my last ride so after deduction from paytm remaining amount I paid through cas .And now when I m trying to book jugnoo I m unable to do so . If I don't pay how will the rick fellow leave me without paying Kindly check your accounts and pl dont tell us to write stories since we have lot of things to do. U people should understand the situation . Pl check asap as I m unable to book another ride .

I had booked a ride from my mobile for my daughter as i find it safe. It was sunday, 6.22 pm. The drivers name was dilip totaram pawar. His cell no is [protected]. I have paytm wallet and hence after reaching the destination the driver asked for money and my daughter paid rs 76. I m a working lady and could not check immediately but on monday when i booked a ride again i found that the balance was low. The same evening i called up the driver and asked about the same so the driver said he did not receive the message of deduction. Now what should i do. This is very sad things are going wrong. Kindly take action. And refund my money.

From Upnagar to Vadner, Nasik As I had booked a ride for my daughter becoz I think it is safe . After reaching the destination the driver asked for cash . And my daughter paid it. Since the ride was booked from my phone I did not notice that the amount was deducted from my wallet. Due to my busy schedule as I m a working lady I noticed today when I booked another Jugnoo auto.
Even after deduction from pay tm wallet the driver charged again Rs 76. Kindly refund the amount. After being called he is not ready to except the deduction from wallet.He told me that no amount was deducted from the wallet.

As discussed with you over the phone, I asked you to raise a complaint against the driver and also you have provided me the complaint number #3669337,

Kindly let me know what action you have taken against him. As it was a Pathetic start of the day while talking to the driver in his words “aap jaise roz 100 milte hain mujhe”, also he used some offensive language as well.

I am a very frequent traveler of your service you can check my record for the reference; and if your staff behave like this with the client.

One more thing I want to highlight here is that, he was passing away in front of me while there are few passengers in the auto, I forgot to take the picture that time

I want you to take an immediate action against that driver and keep me in the loop.

I booked an auto from Jugnoo app few days back and selected the payment mode as paytm. But after completing the ride, the auto driver asked to pay by cash and the total fare was 98 INR. So I paid him by cash. Later on i checked that 48 INR was deducted from my paytm app and 50 INR was deducted from my Jugnoo app. I complained this issue to the concerned department. They promised me that they will refund the money to my paytm account. But later on they refunded all the amount to my Jugnoo account. But the thing is that I want the refund to be made in my paytm account as there is no proper auto facility available in bangalore from Jugnoo. If they don't refund the money from jugnoo wallet to paytm wallet then the amount will get expired very soon and I won't be able to use the amount as no jugnoo autos are available in bangalore other than 2-3.

This one of worst service, first they confirm the booking later they deny going bcs location is not comfortable to go.

They seek straight route not even to cross another route. Why they book and cancel
