I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the mess vendor at XIM University, Bhubaneswar. The issues are as follows:

Exorbitant Fees for Limited Meals: Students are charged ₹3, 900 per month for only 15 breakfasts, 22 lunches, and 15 dinners. This is far from sufficient for a full month, forcing students to spend additional money at Kaffeinn for other meals.

Kaffeinn is a registered mess vendor in Xim University, Bhubaneswar. They are charging full month April mess fees 3535/- from BBM students whose class sessions are already over in the month of march and they had taken a leave till 14th April 2024 and staying at their home and who are coming back to stay for 6-7 days for exam purpose starting from 15th April 2024 to 19th April 2024. And if any resident fails to pay the necessary amount after 10th March 2024, fine will be imposed and it shall lead to the termination of their stay in the residence according to the zero-tolerance policy (Annexure 38-X) of the UG-Residence MOP. This is unfair.
