Package was given with incorrect information, When asked about the details after making payments. Office told this is as per policy and we never give such packages. Next after asking about how to book the packages no further information.

Package was provided with incorrect information, when asked about the details from the Relationship officer, informed the policy details. Its not possible and we never give such package, So this was 1st incorrect information & i can say fraud.
Now all the payment is made, so asked how to book the package. Its almost now a week but still not a single response. Still chasing and waiting but as usual no reply.

Incorrect...

I was duped so bad I can't stop crying. Kidnapped, wasted one day of our family vacation time, thugged to sign an agreement which was totally in their favour. Even, when I informed within 24 hours of my reservations and desire to cancel my contract; mine money has been confiscated. I feel, I May be troubled more for payment of full contract money which is in lacs. Just, run away from Karma Group name, they will take your money, waste...

I was also been kidnapped by so called karma group with assurance of free gift for which voucher was given to my daughter by their agents. I already owned other premium membership and with with full assurance to sell that they took my entire day and with a payment advance of almost 50 K they brainwash my mind and made me member with several signatures.

Then their so called staff and sales agent stated giving sweet stories and on the other hand started to follow up for payments.

Guys be aware they r absolute fraud company and the moment u hear karma group just keep ur self away…

I have paid a handsome amount to become the member of the Karma Royal Resort, and continue to paying a big amount as management charges for the sake of some points.
Now trouble starts, once you intend for booking, no body will reply on phone calls, I was hanging on phone to call them today for 16 minutes listening the music (see photo attached).
Since yesterday, I tried to contact them by sending a numbers of emails and every time I got a false promise of resolving my booking issue in a few minutes.
In promotion, they mention that 25% discount on F&B but in voucher they give only 10% discount.
What a company with a lots of false promises.

I am a victim of their traps and have already paid up rs.40000. On dated 26/3/2018i along with my wife and children went for vacation to goa in last week of march18. There on the street of condolim, one of their agents approched us with scratch cards in hand. While mine said"better luck next time", my wife got a free assured gift among a dvd player, i pod, $100 and a free holiday stay. For claiming the gift we were taken to their resort where...
