my agents name is Ramji Bhai Prajapati, before 13 yrs i started a policy to him in L I C but he misguided me i wanted a moneyback policy in my sons name but he made a policy that i have to continue till his 18th year old which is quite difficult for me .above all he is not direct agent he registered that policy from gujrat some village, and he is very uncerten about premioum he sends his clerk to collect the cheque and he deposit thae cheq after 15 20 days...im quite confuse if anything happnes that time to whom i should go, please guide me.

I have invested rs.100000 in market plus 1 plan. I was assured by the agent that I will get at least 24% return p.a.and no further premium is required to be paid. Now LIC is asking me to pay premium every year and warned me that the policy is lapsed. NAV of the scheme is dropped. I am getting rs.80000 after 3 years. If I had invested in Bank I could have got rs.33000interest in 3 years..Now I am in loss of rs.53000instead. Will somebody guide me what can be done?

Dear Sir,
My name is Dwarka Prasad Suryawanshi age 29, living in ward no 2, sethdafai Tirodi, distt balaghat. My father Shri Durga Prasad Suryawanshi died on 17/08/10.There was a policy no[protected] in the name of my father. After his death I have received sum assured of 40000 but accidental claim is not given yet to me. However I have produced all the document asked to submit.
Sir, I am physically handicapped as i got to an accident in 2009. I tried to ask no of times to the branch office but no satisfactory answer is not given to me. Plz suggest me to get accidentals benefits.
My father was murdered and the victims are in jail.

I have invested Rs:1,50,[protected] EACH OF 2 POLICIES ) ON 19/02/2007 in LIC Market Plus,Growth Fund,Plan Mo:181.

Till date I have not received ANY COMMUNICATION FROM LIC/AGENT ON FOLLOWING ISSUES

1. NAV AS ON 19/02/2007,

2. NUMBER O[censored]NITS ALLOTTED TO ME ,

3.WHAT GROWTH IT TOOK IN NUMBER O[censored]NITS IS ALSO NOT INTIMATED TO ME ON YEARLY BASIS

4.WHAT IS THE ACTUAL UNITS GROWN /NAV GROWN ON THE DATE OF MATURITY I.E. DUE ON 19/02/2012 IS INTIMATED

Please let me know how many how many units are credited to my account ON YEARLY BASIS and the latest NAV AS ON THE DATE OF REPLY FROM YOUR END .
