On date 12.10.2020, requested for transfer of my L.I.C. policies from tumkur district to mysore district upon government transfer. The executive mr. Shivkumar of l.I.C. Office, siddaganga complex, tumkur said there were some gaps. The same was identified and paid proofs were submitted (attested copies of salary slips, tressury ktc-25).
But till today the officer is so negligent to perform the basic work of tally...!!! keeps...

Unadjustment & false reporting on adjustment of Loan of Rs 4000/- outstanding under the policy No.-582606903
The LICI, OGSS Deparment, Cuttack, ORISSA in his Letter dtd 02.11.2005 in my address informed me that"Loan has been fully recovered for SB payment on 26.10.2005.No loan exits".
During my transfer from CUTTACK to DEOGARH, the loan ledger & loan docket was transferred to LICI, KUCHINDA, orissa.Again it was transferred to LICI, Sambalpur Branch office-2 where my Premium are being deposited through salary deduction...
