Respected Sir,
I Mrs. Madhumita Swarnakar Gupta Wife of Bablu Gupta want to late you know that i had started a policy named Jeevan Anand(with profits) on 5.11.2011, policy no[protected] date of commencement 28.10.2012 with a monthly E.C.S system with State Bank of India via A/c no[protected] in the L.I.C.i .Branch-no-15,Jeevan Jyoti, 47, Ashutosh Mukherjee road Kolkata-20
But suddenly i found that my premium...
