I was getting instalment of ₹1445 through neft credit to my account no [protected] of sbi jammu, but instalment amount has not been received since january 2019. Hard copy of existence certificate has been mailed to your address on 04/07/19.

Have not received any monthly payment since May 2015 against the above Annuity no.
Neither have I received any request for life certificate.

Kindly resume payment with arrears or do the needful by sending life certificate forms.
