Dear sir,

I have attached my vehicle (TN 11 R 2041) in Lynk driver app for earning money by picking parcel and delivering it to address mentioned in app. I am working from 25th June 2021. Totally I have earned Rs.953/- till today. The problem is Iam not able to withdraw the money which is paid in the Lynk wallet by customer. The pending amount is Rs.295/-. Lynk is not willing to transfer my money to my bank account even after several follow-ups by phone calls and mails. I have already provided my bank details and attached my vehicle registration bank passbook during registration.

I request you to kindly look into it and help me resolve the issue at the earliest.

    I was cheated and fooled around by the driver. He over charged the payment and never had the courtesy to return the change aswell.

    This incident was reported to customer support team and i had followed up 7times so far and there has not been any progress. I get a feedback saying it will be done in a days time. Now it’s a week and the reversal amount has not be refunded yet.

    Details attached. No response or call back from the service team as mentioned.

    Pl get this resolved.

      Harrassment since booking at 10 am as driver don't know location inspire of telling him
      Takes 3 hours after booking to reach smf stranded as his mobile not functioning
      Un acceptable service
      Our people are stranded at loading point and at point of despatch
      Loss of time money and mental. Torture dealing
      Will take up with media our horrifying experorrnce

        While taking to the executive lynk people quoted me the above price mail while discussing you people said no money will charged extra than above quoted, but i have paid the following

        Transport-7200
        Cotton boxes-800 (Which is deposit, in which 20 rs for box will charged for me)
        Labour-500

        It has been 15 days till date i have not recieved my deposit back and the cotton boxes are not picked up from place.
        As i spoke with mr rakesh he was in loud and dis respectable manner. This is not the service you provide to the customers.
        No reply from your team till now after my mails. Mqke sure this will be resolved soon.

          extra fare charged

          I had booked a trip through lynk trip id : 18749033 dated[protected] in Mumbai and the same trip was completed with in one hour also the distance was less than 5 km. But the driver was not knowing how to use the app as he might be new to his service so started the trip at 11.20 am and he did not end the same on actual end time of trip instead he ended it at 6.58 pm hence I was over charged by lynk as Rs 1918 instead of there nominal fare...

          Dear sir,

          My name is dayakar. This is first time i am using lynk app. I'm booked a truck and the truck no is tn13l3570 name ravi shankar. Shifting product sewing machine from purasaiwakkam to ambattur in between nadamani area my sewing machine is fully damaged and broken cost of the machine is 24000. While spoke with lynk costumer they said raise a complaint to you. Please kindly do the needful. Please provide me the broken cost.

            Lynk is truck service provider, i try to book truck with wallet balance, so based on the estimation i load cash on lynk wallet. If wallet balance is more than estimation then only they allow to book truck service, so i loaded and booked. Then used and once bill generated, bill amount debited from wallet. But bill amount lower when compare the estimation, so i am having 300+ remaining balance in wallet. So that more than 8 months i am unable to get back my wallet balance. Even i contact customer service but they said try to book. If i do then again i am having unused wallet balance issue due to estimation is more than billing.
            They didn't prove any other service like recharge, bill payments to reuse the wallet balane
            Very worst and pathetic service. No proper response. The company and driver try to only pick the money from the customers.
