Ordered cheese dosa for dinner, waited for an hour for food and then I get spoilt potato in dosa. Horrible experience, how does these restaurants get lisence I wonder. They should be ashamed of themselves. They are deliberately sending spoilt food to customers and they just get away with it....

We ordered food from madurai idly (https://maduraiidlyshop.com/) through swiggy food delivery (https://www.swiggy.com/) dated 3rd june 2018 at 9:58 am morning. While i can understand a short delay, but the food came with late delivery after many follow ups with swiggy and it was cold.
Further me and my family members were hungry so started eating immediately un-packing it but soon to our surprise we found that instead...
