Madurai Idly Shop — degraded food quality filled with cockroaches

Hi team,
We ordered food from madurai idly (https://maduraiidlyshop.com/) through swiggy food delivery (https://www.swiggy.com/) dated 3rd june 2018 at 9:58 am morning. While i can understand a short delay, but the food came with late delivery after many follow ups with swiggy and it was cold.
Further me and my family members were hungry so started eating immediately un-packing it but soon to our surprise we found that instead of butter masala dosa it was cockroaches dosa. The chutney and sambar were also found to be tasteless and with some black cockroaches legs in it. It pathetic how such a reliable and branded restaurants with multiple chains serves diligently to customer by fooling people without being bothered about people health and hygiene.
We had to admit one of my family to hospital immediately due to food poisoning.
On response to swiggy they just refunded the order due to delay in food service but cold response from the them regarding cockroaches.
We tried even to reach madurai shop but we couldn't connect.

I have not yet shared this on social media or any review website. I wanted to provide you with an opportunity to respond before i did so.
