I asked the person (M02 - Mr. ANANDBABUN) to wait to confirm the Autofare from Makkal Auto Customer Care Servive. Even I had not made him awaited, and this person started scolding very badly and abused me by words. He behaved like Rowdy. So I request people to avoid travelling these kind of people. Especially this guy. I request Makkal Auto to take proper action to this person and send decent and well behaved Auto persons. So that people can travel peacefully. espeacially girls/womens, who are travelling Alone.

Driver suresh, misbehaving

I was a passenger and one Suresh driver of makkal auto begged me for a loan of 12000 and I gave at my risk and he has paid nearly 8-9000 and the balance is only 2-3000 . I know this is nothing to do with the company and I could not get that suresh no as he has changed the mob no and I am in US and my friend was receiving the money and now I am

I asked for waiting charge even i had not make them awaited and their customer care persons made rough conversations. Finally i refused to pay the waiting charge . These days they are not allocating auto's rickshaw for me while i raised my Vehicle Request.

Sir your staff communication very poor, Many time up & Down booking, wrongly anterstand only drop,
Please avoid this service, they don't put meter and ask any amount.
