Dear RespectedSir/Madam,
i have resign from myduties in the month of agust 21, 2011after that i made requisition for my Provident Fund lying with METLIFE but till date no action had been taken, i had been made lot of requisitions, know i have been told to contact with you directly, i request your goodself, kindly make the necessary action and release my PF accumulations lying with you.

I was working in metlife India Insurance Co.Ltd(Bangalore) since 30/05/2006.& I have given resignation in march 2009.& i got mail ,your settlment has been maid & PF documents has send to Bangalore PF office.PF no-kn/25482/5043.& i am trying in this office on given no[protected],22214961,2223833.but they are not giving any reply.Kindly help me. my contact no-[protected]...

i issued cheque favour of metlife india insurance corporation dated: 16.09.08 rs. 150000/- cheque no: 253920drawn bank karnataka bank ltd. but still now i have not receved policy & receipt above details. last six month i talk on phone company authorised person & but i not receved polciy & recepit. please inquirey above details & send me reply my cell no: [protected].
