Dear Concern,
I have not recieved my P.F. till date. my P.F. no is KN/25482/20063. I had submitted my withdrawl forms to Metlife India Insurance Co.Ltd. branch office at Bathinda (Punjab) on dated 02/11/2010 and same day they have send the forms to amritsar branch and after that amritsar branch had send to banglore office. After checking all the documents,After two months(In Jan-2011) they send the forms ot EPF office Banglore....

I had left the company in 30th sept.2010,that time i had submit the PF withdraw form to pune office they had dispatch the form to Bangalore office to Mr.Muturaj,but unfortunately,he is doing the same thing that if any employ left dont care about him,i had mail him several time that what is the status.
But i think he is helpless,
so please help me to withdraw my PF.no.KN/25482/24735

Dear Sir,
I Ashish Bhalla (KN/25482/20613) Submittsd the Form 23rd Oct.2009.Still waiting for the cheques which u have send to my A/c.the Chq.No.is 101618 & the other one is 931125,which u had sent on 30th April.2010.But its still not presented in the bank yet.
So kindly do the needful on an urgent basis.
