I was purchad the health policy from metlife company.but i want to cancel that policy due to my personal reason.i was submited the all document to company on 30 march but till date do not reciev any statutrs from company.when i was called customer care the guys are not responding properly they ae saying its reject because i was not givin particular reson to cancel the policy.but no one has intimate me before i am calling to customer care...

My name is Krishna Gopal Sharma. I worked in Metlife India Insurance Co.Ltd. as a Tele Sale Representative in 6 Mar 2006 to 30 Oct 2006. My Emp I.D. was 4698.
