Dear Sir,
We have been members of Metro card Bandhan for the last 5 years,
yesterday dated 09.10.2022. We went to Metro Mall and purchased some groceries and other materials. After we took our clothes, this incident was cloth. same cloth we are wearing, no one around you was at the cloth table. We took 5 shirts, your member was near me and told me .same cloth was there ...but your member was told me this cloth was Metro ....

PhonePe Amount Has Not Yet Refunded.
This is regarding an issue with PhonePe payment of ₹4198.80 towards Metro Cash & Carry with Invoice 0/[protected]/007450 on 24th October 2021 at Metro Cash & Carry, Mysore Road, Bangalore, Karnataka.
For the first time, above mentioned amount was deducted from HSBC Bank through PhonePe and paid to Metro as well.
Metro billing section asked us to pay again as the amount has not been credited to our Metro account and your amount will get refunded in sometime if it is deducted. Hence we have waited a long and again made the same amount payment through HDFC Bank Debit Card.
It has been 5 days over today, the amount has NOT yet refunded.
I have checked with PhonePe and HSBC bank about the payment, they confirmed amount has been successfully credited to merchant account (Metro).
Even after series of followups, No body from metro team has contacted back to us. When we contacted metro multiple times (customer care, helpdesk, raised complaint) asking for the update - they are saying your amount is showing refunded with us.
Hence herein i am raising a complaint against metro to refund 10 times of the paid amount and it is with them.

Charged more then MRP

On 28/09/21 I had purchased fortune 5 litres of oil which is MRP 750/- but metro has charged me Rs 953/- & lifebuoy hand wash 750ml Tag price is Rs 108 but charged me Rs 179/- i tried reaching metro cash & carry by phone but no response so went directly to store but no manager is available only supervisor attended & said once billing is done he or any one others couldn't do anything & just said sorry, i clearly showing the Product MRP & Bill asked on what bases they are charging extra & i asked for the justice but no proper response from metro cash & carry, i had left my details with phone number to reach the store manager but after 24hr also there is no response from the manager or metro cash & carry.

Complaint marked as Resolved i received a call from Harish Assistent manager Metro cash & carry uppal branch, he has been apologised for the mistake from there side & ready to compensated double the amount of what they have taken extra from me & promised me that this will not repeat again.

Complaint against Helpdesk personnel, Ms. Mamta and negative attitude of the staff at this Moosapet, Hyderabad location

It has become more like a TREND FOR THE staff and help desk personnel to INSULT AND HARASS the customers both by the staff and the help desk personnel.
This is the nth time I am complaining about this particular store. It seems like the ENTIRE SENIOR MANAGEMENT INCLUDING THE SO-CALLED CEO wants to get the money by encouraging and supporting the staff like it happened today too.
How come this staff Ms. Mamta (cash counter) could allow and attend to a customer who was not part of the already long queue and when I questioned she was reluctant to even listen to me. I had to tell her that I have to report this to the senior management and that is when she listened to me and did not go forward to provide the service for the customer.
When I went to the help desk to report this incident the staff at the counter said that I can contact the customer care number after I leave the store and even did not want to register a complaint. Again I had to literally ask him to call the Manager at the store and ask to register a complaint in writing too.
I have encountered several times and even reported to the customer care so many times (even you can see in Feb. 2021), there was an incident wherein I was insulted by the staff and yet there seems to be no action taken by your organization but on the other hand your CEO seems to feel that he is giving away things free of cost and he can encourage the staff to not take complaints or even ask any questions with the staff, which is ILLEGAL in my opinion.
I am feeling that I am given a threat by the staff/ senior people at this store and they are being encouraged to insult and harass me and if this is their attitude I cannot lose my self-respect any more and I FEEL SO DEPRESSED, HARASSED AND THREATENED BY the staff/ senior management.

I have purchased on your shop rubber molding slipper on 11-july-2021.
but that is not good slipping hazarded many time I had fell down in smooth place and light injury with escape.
I am really not satisfactory. price also high
If really are you doing services next time don't sale this type of slippers for public safety purposes.

high amount billed in one product

I had purchased various items from metro indore on date - 02 dec 18, in which one product was billed higher than price tagged there. (Tagged price-17.50 and billed price-32.50)
After lodging compliant even twice in toll free complaint, they told that your difference amount eill be returned yo you shortly, but even after 15 days it wasnt resolved and after visiting the metro store, i was told that it is not possible as the price rate told by me.

This is the first time when i saw the bill by my store name from your company. Only, i want to say this “how it was happened”. And “who will be the responsible for this”.

incorrect weight
There was defective weighing scale and even the license of weighing machines was expired it wasn't renewed by the authority. There was closely difference of 300gms between the weighing machines. I found the defect in kanakpura road branch of metro cash and carry. I request you to kindly enquire into matter as soon as possible. Because it is a serious issue

I m complaining about torn rat eating corn flakes packet with baggery muesli

On 16th April went to shop at Metro and made purchase worth nearly 20 thousand and was highly disappointed with the free gifts. we had 3 packets of sooji as free gifts and all of them were torn. we exchanged them there. With Baggry Muesli there was a cornflakes free and that packet we realized was eaten by a rat once we returned home.
What is the use of free gifts when they r stored so pathetically that most of them are damaged. We purchase stuff which have promotions for our benefits and companies give these benefits to consumers. If we go with the packet for replacement no one replace it and it wont be worth to spend to go just for an exchange. deplorable service. Metro Kolkata needs to look into this immediately

unfair promise of a premium gift

i am a member of the metro cash and carry store in kolkata, india. i had a bitter experience while shopping at the outlet on 23.10.2011 which was never expected from a company like metro. at the time of entry at the reception counter, Mr. sanjay told me that a premium surprise gift would be given to me on purchase of goods worth Rs. 5000. on repeated enquiry he simply repeted that the gift would be exclusive and premium and very useful. i puchased goods worth Rs. 6731. on reaching the end control for my "premium" gift, i was told that it was just a bottle of pepsi which would not be given to me as the Rs. 5000 purchase limit excluded certain items not told to me at the time of entry. a bottle of pepsi cannot be termed an exclusive premium gift and such a method of increasing sales can only be termed a fraudulent and unfair trade practice. on complaining i was sent back to the entrance where once again they asked me to go back to the end control. when finally i was met by Mr. sunny singh an employee of metro who simply ridiculed me and laughed at my complaint. when i told him that i shal complain to metro, he simply stated that no action will be taken and nothing will happen. he simply told me to take my bottle of pepsi and leave. apart from the blatant way in which i was cheated by the offer, the rude misbehaviour of the staff especially Mr. Sunny Singh was appalling and completely unexpected from a company of the stature of metro. i would request you to please look into the matter and take appropriate disciplinary action against the employees involved in such fraudulent activities.

We have purchased a Water Dispenser from Metro cash and carry (Konankunte, Bangalore) on 31st August 2012.
The same was supplied to our client in Hosur. During installation the water dispenser did't work. This is a total letdown on the quality o[censored]sha products.

i have purchased a FUJIFILM DIGICAM from Metro cash and carry (JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN) on 16 NOVEMBER 2012. WITH THIS PRODUCT FREE SOME ARTICLES (TOILETRY KIT, SUN GLASSES + POCKET TORCH) TIL DATE METRO CASH CARRY NOT PROVIDE DUE ITEM,
I would have given minus rating if available, no basis common sense, they are not even fit to sell rat poison on road side, such an unprofessional bunch of jokers on the street.
