Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I ordered three products from minimalist which was delivered on 07.05.2023 but due to some work i opened it today i.e. on 08.05.2023 and find out that my full package is damaged from inside and one of my product is also leaked.
So, It is requested to please look into this matter. It is requested to take these materials back and refund me my money. The images of the damaged and leaked products are attached to the mail.

I HAVE MAILED THEN ALMOST 8 TIMES FROM YESTERDAYS EVENING AND STILL NO RESPONSE IS THERE...
AND THEY HAVE A RETURN POLICY OF 7 DAYS AND AFTER THE 7 DAYS THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY.
IT IS REQUSTED TO PLEASE SOLVE MY COMPLAIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
