More Retail Limited Complaints & Reviews

I purchased product from MORE SUPERMARKET and paid using Google pay. Amount deducted from my account but there wasn't any bill generated by the machine and i haven't not received product from MORE SUPERMARKET.

Please help resolve payment issue.

Sub: Harassment to the Lady Senior Citizen @ More Retail Ltd, shantinagar, Hyderabad.

My mother (senior Citizen 70 yrs) and I visited More Retail Ltd, shantinagar, Hyderabad on[protected]. We are regular customers of More Retail, shantinagar, Hyderabad for the past 14 yrs when it was opened as Trinethra. On[protected]Friday) after billing @ 12:24:59 and payment done we were about to leave when the staff intentionally stopped my mother (senior citizen) and wanted to check here handbag (which is allowed to take inside for all customers) stating the senior citizen has kept some item in her handbag without billing. After much argument they (6 staff) finally grabbed the bag and checked it but since we were clean they let us go without an apology. They did not even checked the camera in front o[censored]s. On the basis of some third rate worker lady the executive resorted to such an uncivilized action.

My mother and myself had been observing for the past three times whenever any senior citizen purchases the staff (especially ladies) keep an eye on them in each and every counter and finally resort to checking without an intention to snatch the cash, mobile, card or any other valuable items. So, checking is an eyewash for day light dacoity. I hope this real incident to us cautions senior citizens (ladies) to be very careful and not to visit alone to More Retail, shantinagar, Hyderabad.
