I watch tv shows/movies regularly on OTT platforms. When i started watching on MX player it was showing too much ads at starting, Middle of the video. So i decided to purchase a gold plan of mx player priced at 199₹/annual. So When i went to purchase there were showing benifits like ad free entertainment along with early access of new releases. So i made payment of 199₹ But after login to my gold account . They started again showing ads When we forwarded 10-20 secs again 2-3 ads shown. When i reached their support team . They told that ad free benifit is on limited content not on full platform.MX player is doing scam on another level. Also they have no refund policy. If you purchased once your money is gone. They shows ad free benifits and will show you ads again. It was my biggest mistake on mxplayer to purchase gold membership.

One of the biggest scam is mx gold membership, there are so many ads even after subscribing useless according to other apps.

They showed adfree option after claiming gold membership; but still they are streaming with ads; its a big scam; kindly do the needful

So i request you guys do not spend single Rupee on mx player gold membership.
