I had placed an order for apparel on Myntra's portal and in the process have made payment of Rs. 458.00 on 6th December 2021. To my surprise the order was not processed. I tried to call up customer care, however the call ended prematurely. I have sent an email subsequently to the id mentioned on the web site of Myntra.
Request assistance in getting the refund....

An amount of 5999 has been deducted from my SBI account dated:7th June 2021 without my concern and knowledge. I do not use Myntra or any other shopping application.
Please help in refund of this amount....
