I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a persistent issue in my locality, AC Block Sector 1 Salt Lake City. A resident from the house addressed AC- 145 has been repeatedly causing damage to my vehicle and creating disturbances by moving it without my consent. He sends his driver to threaten my family members when ever I park my vehicle on the road nearby his house. He also insults and shouts at me and my family members. Recently, he has been tampering with my vehicle and pushing it without my consent causing damage to my vehicle.

This behavior has not only resulted in significant financial loss due to the damages but has also led to considerable stress and inconvenience. The constant fear of my vehicle being mishandled and the ensuing arguments have created a hostile environment in the neighborhood.

I kindly request your intervention in this matter to resolve the issue amicably and ensure the safety and security of my vehicle. Perhaps a mediation session or a formal complaint could be filed to address the situation.

I hope you will take immediate action to prevent further escalation of this problem.

I am staying at house number A-23, Amarnath Tenements society, Gorwa-Bajwa road, Vadodara.
my neighbor staying at house number A-23 Amarnath Tenements society has constructed R.c.c. slab in whole marginal space till boundary line., which is illegal construction. Due to his illegal building construction, it’s blocking my house's Heat, Ventilation and air circulation (HVAC) and also concerns about the safety of my house as the house is constructed too close.
The illegal construction is in violation of the Vadodara municipal corporation laws, guidelines and also affects the rights to my property.
I would be grateful if you could initiate the needful action towards demolition of illegal construction and maintain law and order.

Although we complaint about it a lot of time and yet nothing had been done due to corruption. Sir, my neighbours shelter more than 25 street dogs illegally inside the house. The also feed the dogs causing them to collect near my house. The dogs are aggressive. Many accidents and I myself have been saved by others before been bitten. The dogs inside the house causes ruckus barking all the time creating noise that disturbs us causing noise...

I want to raise complaint regarding water leakage from floor above our flat. we have contacted the owners but they are not ready to do anything about it and saying its not their fault. Our ceiling is getting damaged due to it and may fall anytime. Please do the needful asap. I am attaching pictures for your reference.

I have purchased a land about 19 years ago from a broker. The broker is now my neighbour who opened a window in my land area to capture the land forcibly. Whenever I told him to close the window they start quarrelling with us.

The dog barks all day and it affects my mother's health as she is a blood pressure patient and also my studies. The dog is also very aggressive and has tried to attack a girl. The owner is extremely rude and mean. I also get frequent migraine attacks which is becoming severe beacause of it's barking

Hello, I live in sri Sai Colony, Machabolarum, Hyderabad. There is a neighbour called DJ Ramesh. He makes DJ boxes almost everyday that creates mental trauma of having no silence at home. It is disturbing our on line classes and quality study hours. Please look into it.

I am a resident of Block-B, Shivpuri-2, Dinpur, Najafgarh 110043. My neighbour is draining their sewage in drains and it becomes very difficult to live in our homes as foul smell is always in the air. Their septic tank capacity is for 1 month still they used to clean after 3 months. When we ask them to clean their septic tank they used to ignore it. Kindly take strict action as soon as possible.

My neighbours are getting their flat extended and have cut our shared Gutter Pipe from the top which can cause hazardous methane gas to come inside our flat.

My neighbour is littering the floor with dirty diaper and garbage which has major health effects especially when I have a child in the house
The dirty diapers are soiled and sometimes harbouring flies and mosquitoes which can affect our health
With repeated efforts of telling her to not do it she refuses to understand and continues to do so
I being a microbiologist am concerned about this harming my family’s health especially in the times of dengue and corona

Sir, I am staying at flat no 874 pocket B sector A Vasant kunj . The occupant of flat no 880 is washing cloth at tarrace and discharge soap water in rain water discharge pipe, as further line are clogged, the same gets spread in front my flat enterance . This in turn not only spoil the area but make it vulnerable to

I would like to inform you that ram nagar ext, sewak studio wali blocked by one neighbour mr. Dimple bedi and simran bedi. All are facing problem becoz they covered the road by sticks.

Actually my neighbour's home is in housing board colony, 21 d, faridabad. He made an extra kitchen on backside of its home whose gate is opened towards our side i. E towards sgm nagar. And all its drained water and water due to the rain always came to our side and used to stand outside our gate due to which we are facing the problem of moisture in the walls.
Me and my other neighbour had talked to him many times, but he always ask for 1-2 days.. He is not solving this matter.
Please it's a humble request to you, please look out on this matter..

I have been complaining since 3-4 yrs about levyin fine on neighbour who buyed it bt left it abandoned. As it is at entrance of lane empty, ppl come throw garbage, urinate, drink throw bottles nd park vehicles nd go. It is very scary nd fearful sometimes, as we donno who is hiding.in the early mrng we see hell lot of garbage, bad smell nd sometimes boozers fellnd sleep there making our day bad. I dont feel like coming to ths place. I feel saddened nd frustrated wen i enter the lane. Too many shops no neatness, no fresh air nd no hygeniene. I do hav lot of complaints raised in ghmc portal evry alternate day. Bt wt to do garbage is cleaned to some xtent hw abt smell. I request kindly punish ths # landlord nd impose heavy fine so tht this is nt repeated.

I am resident of dwarka sector 26.

My complaint is about my neighbour they "daily" waste liters of water for just only to wash street in front of there house.

Moreover, other neighbours also tell them not to waste water plus we are also try to convince them not to do that but they always ignore.

Resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Sir i am a resident of maqbara lalbagh and the house beside us is vacant as the residents have shifted to another flat due to which the house is not maintained leading to huge rat infestation and overgrown with wild plants which is a habitat to mosquitoes and insects, therefore it is affecting us tremendously. I request you to please take immediate measures to control pests and direct the residents for regular cleaning and maintanence of the house.

Good evening this is a complaint regarding foothpath for people to walk through but plants have occupied that space and a person needs to walk on road with vehicles running on the same road. This is a complaint of adress h-63 old double storey lajpat nagar 4 ground floor. Please take the necessary action so that people walk on the footpath made for them instead of walking on road.

This is to bring to your kind notice that we residents of hanumesh nagar guntakal requesting you to look into this matter, there is an illegal construction with out any building approval being constructed behind our residence creating a lot of disturbance to all neighbours as he is stretching his construction into our premises without any permissions when we questioned the same to that person we were abused and threatened, but to our surprise when we took the issue to concerned departments they had given deaf ear to this issue which is raising a lot of doubts, hence we have reached media seeking help kindly raise the issue to the higher officials and do the needful.

I am a retired senior journalist and a resident of k3, 1st floor, prasad nagar, karol bagh, central delhi. House no: k1 on the ground floor is just beneath us and has recently been purchased by a new family. It is to be informed that the new occupants started an illegal construction of a room to which we objected and our objections went unattended. The family has finally constructed a room which is illegal and encroaching my property. The height of their newly constructed room is above their lanter and is encroaching my space. Moreover, they have also placed a split ac fan unit over the raised unauthorized roof intentionally which should otherwise be fixed in their wall. These acts are annoying, illegitimate and disturbing our privacy and peace.

I am a senior citizen suffering from acute illness and living with my wife alone. The attitude which the new occupants carry along is threatening and it seems they do no care much about municipality rules and the legal framework under indian penal code. Their action is also a serious violation of section 441 of the indian penal code as well as the law of torts.

As a rightful duty of a citizen, i have registered a complaint with the local police station and am extending my grievance to you along with photographs as a valid proof. Your immediate intervention is expected at the earliest.

Dear Sir, i wanted to drag your attention towards sabajpura lane on danapur road line as its high time for some action has been taken against the illegal encroachment and broken road and drainage as well. The roadside house have expanded their presence above their extended limit, people have captured lot of road load for their house . I dont know why MCD given free hand to built and the struggle to shape the city . please check the standard road size and try to controll the illegal construction on road land.

The road width was 30-40 ft but it hardly 15-20 ft .kindly let me know where to approach WHICH DEPARTMENT, ETC. I am even ready to file a petition !!!
