Sir i abhishek gupta staying at 101 jaipuriya building kolhapur road kamla nagar with my family on ground floor. Owner of first floor shyam makkar constructed an illegal second floor two years bck nd has rented first floor to girls pg. Past two years i am facing problem of harresment nd disturbance for which i made a complaint at roop nagar thana. By requesting me nd promising me that next session he himself will live on first floor nd will shift girls to second floor he some how escaped that complaint last year but this year he again started pg on first floor harassing me all time. He also is trying to construct more on terrace which i made complaint on 26 july. It’s been a month now the construction material still lying in front of my house causing me problem in raining days. Now mcd taking no check of mosquito breeding nd checking for his illegal construction. Building is already very old nd hve huge cracks then also for his money greed owner of first floor making additions to building. I request you to see into the matter. Abhishek gupta [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,

There is one lady residing at our upper ground floor of our building, who has first installed AC in her window just above common passage area despite objections of other residents. Over that she has left AC's draining pipe hanging over the passage..

Due to which, people walking through that main passage always gets wet and their clothes get spoiled, even many time people slipped away also.. whether office going people or school going kids or any other.

But nothing matters for that lady, she keeps her eyes closed on it..

Please do needful to get this matter sorted out..

We are living in bahalgarh outer village. It is situated on deepalpur road near kdm public school. This is government passed area and since 2016 property tax is collected but still there is no solid streets made by mc which should be done last year. And some punjabi family is making the condition of walking street worst by littering and litter sludge on the way by making drains across the street badly. Please help us to get rid of this. Also they have make a drain water collected in access so that the mosquitoes are helped to easily grow in the area and 10 more type of diseases promoted. They have more than 4 paying guest which creates lots of water wastages collected and also they dont pay tax for it. There is no drainage system here. Please help us.

Loud music at day & night

Respected mam/sir,

I stay in vadodara, ne. Khodiyar nagar char rasta, sayajipura, opposite aavas yojna apartment.
I would like to bring to your notice that the slums behind our society tend to play loud noises on loud speakers till early morning & also late night. Even until 2' o clock past midnight without any function & occasion.
This is a great problem for students & old aged people. We have exams, early morning college, job.
We need peace at morning & night atlest. We need some strict action against them.
If we found that you people didn't take any action regarding this complaint i will file rti against vmc in reference to this complaint.

I want to lodge a complaint against my neighbour residing at 61-A, Pocket - F, G.T.B. Enclave, MIG Flats, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 110 093 . They had build toilet and bathroom in the outer premises of their house apart from the one which is in built by DDA . Whenever we go out for taking fresh air, we are left with the foul smell coming out of their toilet. If any guest visit us they too complain of the foul smell coming from their washroom...

I have alrwady filed complaint thrice against my neighbour mr mohinder kr gulati resident of 49 b arjun nagar east delhi he has done illegal construction and encroched the public land by thi. It is becoming a really tough task to manage to get my car off the gate of my own building... And also he is running commercial activity from the aforesaid property, which is futher leading to many more problems. No action has been taken yet... Pls help me to resolve the problem

I shikha atariya resident of 361 a-block street no.6, baba colony, burari. Me and my family is facing constant trouble due to moisture by the leakage issue from my neighbour's home. The wall of my home adjacent to his home has got really smelly and weak, paint doesn"t last on wall at all, also there is a life threatening risk that it might wall. There are shock issues due to moisture as well. We have been facing this issue since very long. They do not listen and never agrees to get it repaired, instead of that the owners of the neighbour hood mr. Virendra yadav and his family threatens us stating that he is employed in delhi police so we should not mess with them. Please help me out to get this issue resolved by repair of the leakage by them.

Our neighbour is deliberately throwing garbage in front of our house and boutique. The person is an alcoholic, drinks lot and keeps those bottles in front of the boutique which looks bad and also never removes it, even though we have asked him a lot of times to do so! He is very short tempered and always wants to fight. Please take a quick action against him!

I am Saurabh Agrawal hailing from jaipur (res. add.: 180-c Vishvesariya nagar Gopal Pura By Pass) here by informs you about the illegal animal husbandry and disposing of cow dung in our neighbour(Near Plot no.-29 Shanti Path Gopal Pura Gaon). This has proven a malacious sign for our society and leads to many infectious diseases.

Dear sir, I wanted your teams help in stopping the neighbour house nuisance. They are well to do family infact a localite and rich enough to disobey . Day in and out they burn hazardous materials in their house to heat water and causes severe health issues to me and my family. From coconut shell to eggs and many other house articles are burnt at all times to heat water even though they have electricity . I am suffering from auto
Immune disease and on immune suppressant drugs . My husband has developed severe allergies in the morning due to the burn smell, smoke and horrible smell caused by this neighbours burning. We have gone and requested couple of times in good sense and tone but in vain. Kindly action from your team to help solve our health issues and stop further deteriorate . Kindly please help and rescue others in this health hazard .

We submit that the above referred persons are illegally proceeding with construction over the said land without leaving any set backs and also they are dumping the construction material in front o our houses and causing a lot of nuisance and inconvenience for our free aggress and ingress in to our houses.

Further we submit that the above referred persons are also trying to encroach the small lane which existing since long back between our houses and the above referred house and which has been using by us and other neighbors for our free aggress and ingress. We submit that due their illegal construction the drainage pipe lines and water pipe lines which are existing since long time are badly damaging. We submit that due to dumping of the construction material construction we are facing lot of inconvenience in all manners and also causing our easementary rights which have been enjoying by us since long time. As such it is just and necessary to stop their illegal construction over the said land otherwise we will be put to great hardship and we will be deprived of our rights in all manners.

Hence, we requesting your authority to stop the above referred persons illegal construction forthwith by removing the same persons illegal constructed by them in respect of the premises bearing No.1-4-5/19/A, Bholakpur, Musheerabad, Hyderabad in the interest of justice.

Sir,
The neighbour house is mixing the sewage water to the ground water which is seriously threatening the health, creating worst environmental pollution, affecting and contaminating the entire livelihood of the humans in our area.
we are getting the health diseases due to this water pollution.
Request the authorities to take immediate action to solve this issue save the environment, drinking water health.

Main House affected & got disease due to this sewage mixing is :-

In my colony there are neighbours who waste so much of water daily they have 1 tank which overflows daily .Every time they fill their tank, after the tank filled water keeps on flowing outside and no one is careful for this precious natural resource water. I would request you to take some action regarding it. Personally I am a student so no one will listen to me. They really don't understand the importance of water and I dialy see the water flowing out from tanks. Please take some action against them.

Our neighbor has a birds' hatchery and dogs' creche which creates extremely loud noise and foul smell.We have complained to the sonarpur police station on 16.03.12. They have lodged two GDE and inspected the illegal project.
Detailed SI prashanta pal #[protected]. At the same time we have reported this along with application to local Councillor and municipality chairman.POLICE instructed us to inform to you.They said that your organization should take necessary steps to stop this illegal project.Therefore i request you kindly to take necessary actions. So far your organization has not taken any action.
