Lot of noise by essar apartment kids in west marredpally. We understand there are no schools but if they want to play they can go to the community park 5 mins away. .. These are residential areas and 15-20 kids shouting at a time.. That too until 9 pm gives a lot of headache... We can't keep closing our windows as we need fresh air during covid period for the elderly... Not sure if I want to lodge a complaint against kids but a small warning from the authorities would be great help.

My Neighbours want to make his illegal construction in my property when I opposed for it .he started saying abused word to me and say I kill you

Issue- construction of illegal wall on public footpath and also tied ropes on angle for blocking the path of pedestrians . Footpath are supposed to be made for public use not for such illegal constructions of wall and creating nuisance .
So please take a suitable action to destroy this construction as soon as possible. Please do the needful and take the action.

I want to draw the attention of the concerned authorities and the general public towards the sufferings of the residents of (# 7/a, 9th street, vaishnavi nagar, thirumullaivoyal) due to the nuisance caused by the animals during day and night. The cattle have become a great nuisance for us. It’s been 17 years we are facing the same issues with the numbers of cattle & dung increased year by year, which have been deposited near our house. They (Owner) cause frequent issues by dumping the cow waste and make our resident place unhygienic. Already couple of years in my family, got affected by dengue fever other health issues.

We had given compliant many times in last few years. When the team from municipal corporation visit they accept and will say will stop or sell the cattle but they never do. Again after few months they start doing the same. If we question, they abusive us make unwanted issues daily with family members. Such scenes have become the order of the day. Sometimes intentionally, they dump dung near front of the house, use abusive language and cause verbal assault on us. We have made complaints to the concerned authorities on (18th sep, 2019) but no action has been taken so far in this regard.
And the garbage collection from houses is not properly done from our resident. They omit certain days or partially. Moreover they collect garbage from few house by visit their door steps. When we have dumping place with boxes in the end of street but the front house resident who keeps on dumping on front of our gate and on road they keep they place unclean for years.

We hope the concerned authorities will rise from their slumber and take immediate remedial measures to deal with this nuisance.

Dear sir,
I am a student. Here in telangana state in mahbub nagar dist jadcherla town. L, near almas garden function hall. Our neighbours are throwing garbage and sanitary napkins straight in front of my home and also their garbage water comes out and is stagnant in front of our home due to which my brothers also got dengue. We have spoke to them a 100 times to stop doing this but they are not listening to us. Please do something about this.

Sir i want to complain against municipality rewari. I am a resident of h. No.3333 azad chock, circular road rewari. On the both corners and entrance of our house debris is laying all over the street and the entrance is also blocked with bricks. The people who live in the neighborhood throw garbage, water in the street since 5 to 6 month. I have already complained this thing in such bharat app, but there is no concrete steps have been taken...

With due respect this is to bring into your kind notice toward undermentioned issues:
1. Mr. Solia singh who is residing in p-block along with his brothers has been running an illegal, unhygienic and unauthorized animal husbandry since past 25 years and it has become their family bussiness and now they are very adamant to this and talk aggressively to people if someone say them something against this.
2. Animals are roaming whole days in the streets and creates nonsense. Environmental condition is very pathetic here and there are breeding of mosquitoes and flies..
3. As they have contacts with big people so, they threaten people not to complaint and but now condition has worsen as it is difficult to breathe here.
4. Many complaints had been made written and verbally in past many years by people of locality and members of residential association but no proper action has been taken by concerned authorities.
5. Two years back official from mc d came and put a lock here but they broke the lock after 10 days and then again started the same more vigorously as they increased the number of animals.
6 the core issue is that they don't tie animal at there place because it is a small place, they tie only 4 to 5 animal there and for rest 100 an8mals they do milking morning and evening that too in the streets and then leave them to wander for whole days and this make even difficult to walk in streets.

7. Everytime when official from mcd visits this place.. We don't know how but they get information in advance and manage things accordingly.
We are very disturbed.. Kindly do the needful..

I am residing at west delhi uttam nagar west, jain colony, near durga mandir. We have noticed that human waste is coming in drainage from few days... We got to know that in our neighbourhood, someone's toilet pipe has been broken due to which human waste is directly coming in drains which is creating mess on the road... We are facing problem due to this... Sunrise apartment and rathod niwas these are the two apartment's whose toilet pipe is broken... Both these apartments is in jain colony near durga mandir...

This is our humble request to look in to this serious issue as people might get affected due to this dirt... Please crosscheck and take a strict action toward the culprit...

मी कात्रज येथील सुखसगरनगर भाग दोन गल्ली नो 4 मध्ये तेजस सोसायटी मध्ये राहत आहे. माजा फ्लॅट पहिल्याच फ्लोर वरती आहे माजा खिडकी समोरच अर्थात आमचा सोसायटी समोरच एक वेल्डिंग चे दुकान आहे. सकाळी 9वाजता ते दुकान उघडतात ते रात्री 7 8 परेंत त्यांचे काम सुरू असते, खूप आवाज निर्माण होतो त्यांचा वेल्डिंग चा, किटवक वेला त्यांना आम्ही सांगितलं दुपारी नाका काम करत जाऊ पण त्यांनी काही ऐकला नाही, आमचा घरात कुणी आजारी असो किंवा कुणाचा बोर्ड च्या परीक्षा असो त्यांनी काही आवाज करायचे थांबवले नाही, आमचा शेजारी गर्ल्स हॉस्टेल देखील आहे. रविवारी देखील ते दुकान बंद करत नाहीयेत एक दिवस आराम नाही, माझा आता मेडिकल चा अभ्यास या आवाजामुळे खूप त्रास होत आहे, कृपया करून या दुकाना वरती तुम्ही कारवाही करावीत ही नम्र विनंती🙏

House no 202 (B) j. P nair and house no. 201a and house no. 200 of mahabali nagar, kolar road, bhopal wastes a lot of water on regular basis.
These three houses leave there valve open and let the water flow everyday (Water is provided by nagar nigam bhopal). Already there is shorage of water and these people wastes water. Please see to this matter and aware them so that they start to use water resources carefully. I believe they should be fined so that they get a lesson.

I have one complain about cutting down of old trees which are planted inside my plots. These trees are old, they are refreshing air and to much extent they are reducing the harmful effects
Of pollution created by vehicles.
Please help us to save them. As the neibour are forceing us to cut down those trees is illegally cutting trees. Now please do at your earliest.
Otherwise we will lost these precious natural resources.

I am distressed with serious damages from neighbors kusum talwar, and her sons mohit talwar (Max hospitals) and tarun talwar (Uk).
Their premises in the building appears illegal and only regulated upon consideration. They permit building breakages. High court said i should sue them in 2015, but i sued for police inaction to fir.
They manage iot devices and spyware, are noted breaking in and arranging hostile staff in the building.
Police have been informed of several leakages of their overhead tank since two months, i. E. 13th august 2018
Today they returned and noticed leakages had spread severely.
However, police say they cannot act.
Their broken tank leaks through my lift and staircase walls and spreads on floor.
There is danger of severe collapse of their section.
Police said that they can challan to prevent cholera but did not act.
Also i am with virus and respiratory infection since several days as the staircase is too damp.
I will begin initiatives to cut off wires to their borrowed motor as police have permitted this. The staircase must dry.
A part of their window ceiling has collapsed onto a parked car and smashed the window. They do not prevent further collapse of the ledge.
Police do not know safety or injury prevention. They only act in case of severe damage.
I seek mcd management to impose challan on the neighbour for mismanaging the issue.

The recent developments took place in the city even in remote areas, where there was no development / improvement from long time forcing us to hope for the best we can live with. Here i would like to share one the major problem needs to be resolved in our area at sanjeev giri colony /b. C. Road /new gajuwaka / visakhapatnam. Here we do not have proper drainage system in most of the area even though roads are not developed. At the same time the sanitary water of our neighbours (15 families) will flow through our house and more over a lot of pigs daily we were walking thorough that road, in our area most of members were effected with serverial disease, due to which polluted water so as mosquitoes / pigs /causing diseases like dengue, malaria, typhoid, yellow fever and swin flu. We has raised many complaints
So i request you to take initiative from your side make the concerned authorities to be aware of the situation. We have tried to reach / contact authorities but failed. Hence we are looking forward for your action in this regards to push swatch bharat one step ahead.

Respected sir, myself kamal khurana r/0 1590 outram lines kingsway camp delhi-09. I have a complaint against my two neighbours resident of 1527 outram lines and resident of 1530 outram lines. Both the neighbours used to park their in front of house despite the fact that they have enough space in their fronts. They park their vehicles in that way that i cannot move my vehicle, every time when i have to move the vehicle i have to make adjustment either myself or request them to clear the space. At that moment they clear the space but the next day they again park the vehicle in the same manner. I am attaching picture of my front house position and their front pictures to show you the problem i am facing daily. On 19/8/2017 their vehicles were parked in the same way when i clear the space mr. Harish chugh resident of 1527 outram lines came out from his house and park his vehicle again in front of my house and used abuse language with me. Mr. Harish chugh also running boys pg in his two floors boys residing in the pg also park their vehicle in front of my house because he is not providing them parking space mr. Harish chugh has parking a floor also but he has give that floor on rent to taxi

My both side neighbours build inappropriate cement floor on road thus the drainage overflow water gets collecting outside my house which give rise to mosquitoes and impurity trash. Neighbours house was under construction which was mainly responsible for the choking of chamber as they allowed to flow materials. Everyday they increase their construction over road so that water will not allow to flow. Please help us to overcome this.

Hi, I am Murali resident of Moulivakkam, 11th street, Lakshmi nagar. I am writing this complaint to let you know that one of a resident in my street has been using public road to put his materials(rubbish) on streets and has not been cleared for more than a week and is causing a great difficulty for other residents with vehicle to enter into the streets as the path is completely occupied. Need help to get this resolved

I am a resident of Dayalpur, C-block st. no. 13, In my street there is one house, who have pet cows, but they create a lot of problems to the neighbours and other peoples, cow dunk is lying on the road, dirtiness on the road and they put their cows outside of the house on the road, as they think the public road as their own property, which make it hard for traffic to move, everytime any car come to the road, they have to give horn again and again for the cow to get up, and if somebody say something to them, they come for fighting, Please do something about it.

Hi, We own a plot in karimnagar, which was given to a builder for devp. Out of 10 flats in a 5 store apt, . the builder sold his 6 flats and the remaining 4 are owned by us.

Since their occupancy, we have been facing serious issues one or the other almost every day.

The person living in the floor above us has kept huge pots for plantation in his corridor. When he waters the plants, it has been draining down through granite, thereby damaging our inner walls. We have asked several times to remove them but he is adamant to obey our request.

The original property documents are with us but other flat owners are asking them. When we are ready to give them the xerox set, they are insisting for original set of documents. They say, the documents should be made open and kept in common. Their suspicion is that we might have kept the docs as security to obtain any loan...

My question is what can we do with the psycho who lives above us in the scenario explained above?

In the second scenario, Who should keep the original documents? It is they or we? Can I get compensation for mental/property damage caused by my neighbors?

Ashok vihar phase 2. My neighbours put extra water in park just so the kids can't play there. This is ridiculous as it is a public park moreover ao much water is being wasted daily. Also, despite if having benches in park, they go and sit in the middle where the children are already playing. This is clearly harassment! I HAVE COMPLAINED BEFORE BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING! Please see to it ASAP.

Recently my neighbors got a stay dog and started keeping it in our building. The dog isn't vaccinated nor do they keep it on leash. He isn't potty trained. It attacks everyone he sees, and has attacked small children living in the building. It deficates in the building passageways and barks all night and at everyone crossing their house. It has been creating nuisance and everyone is scared of him, even leaving the building has become difficult. Even after repeated requests my neighbors refuse to do anything about this. Please look into the matter.

We, the shopkeepers of plot no. wz - 60, janak park, hari nagar, new delhi 110064 (opp. ddu hospital residential complex) facing a problem when the mcd started digging the rain water drainage for maintenance and found that the people living on ground floor and upper floors of the plot wz - 60 have their sewerage flow into the rainwater drainage instead of proper sewerage pipeline. it has become very difficult for us to do our work due to the foul smell of sewerage.

Kindly arrange to do the needful as early as possible.

I live on 6th avenue, Harrington road, Chennai. My neighbor started an hourly clock followed by a religious message in the month of March 2016. This can be heard right down the street even inside our apartments with closed windows. It is especially annoying as it wakes us all up at 5am and goes on till 11pm.
I have sent him 2 polite requests to turn down the volume by hand delivered letters which he has ignored. I have also made 3 complaints to the local police. They said they would ask him to reduce the volume but I can hear that he has only increased it. I am tired of complaining to the local police station,
This whole situation has become tedious and tiring and we are all forced to listen to hourly blast of his religious tripe.
Please help me with this

I want to submit my complaint about the water logging in our street, we have made so many request to them to fill only limited water in their coolers so that it will not unnecessarily waste on street.
Due to water logging it is creating trouble to passerby and also become the permanent house for mosquito.
We have made so many personal request to them but no action has been taken yet.

I am getting harassed by my neighbours who play the sound of their TV in full volume . Inspire of polite requests they never listen to us . Instead increase it more . I am currently pursuing B.tech and I have my upcoming exams soon. They have even threatened me with the local club trinamul party boys if I take police action they will take corruptive actions against me. My life is in danger and I am being a victim of neighbour harassment .please help

Our flats are 208, SFS, DDA, Punjabi Bagh Appartments, Near Madipur Metro Station, Delhi – 110063.
This is with reference to the ill-legal window openings carried out by Mr. Yadav who is deliberately and intentionally doing this towards the entrance of my house. Its an opening towards the porch and is hindering the privacy of my house.
I stay on Ground floor and Mr. Yadav stays on Ist floor which is right above my flat.
This is a great threat to my life and property as it is illegal to give opening towards our entrance as per the DDA Norm. Earlier also he has carried out illegal balcony extension and has deprived us on light and air. We have already complained in MCD but all in vain. Upon our refusal to cover the porch and provide him for the room space, he has started the work under construction for the window which has caused serious threat to my mother who just got saved today from the falling bricks.
The construction carried out by Mr. Yadav is a great nuisance to my life, is giving me a lot of mental stress and had taken peace out of our life and my bed ridden mother who got paralytic attack due to Mr. Yadav’s earlier intentions.

I am a resident of akruthi enclave (door no: 44-25-11/2), railway new colony. My neighbours unrelenting and incessant usage of loud speakers is creating a huge problem in our street, leading to adverse effects on our health. Its been 13 hours already today and he hasn't given us even a second's respite.

Sir ...I am a resident of sector 19 ...ground floor...housing board colony, panchkula.There is a water leakage in my bathroom roof. I hv requested the owner of first floor many hundred times to get it repaired as this leakage causes electric shock in our bathroom switchboard. But inspite of repairing this leakage the owner of first floor is always ready to fight...now the problem has increased to such extent that papries fall down to our head while taking bath and water drops are falling in center of our bathroom roof...my mother is 67 yrs old lady staying alone at home from morning to evening...so i am very much worried about any mishappening due to this leakage...you are requested either to take an action regarding this or to guide me what to do next to get rid of this problem...plźzzz. proof may be provided to you soon if required...

Owners of C-56 ( Ground Floor ), South Extension - 2, New Delhi - 110049 are operating a polluting factory in the back side of their premises. They are emitting hazardous fumes in the entire neighbourhood creating public distress. The factory needs to shut down and the premises sealed from any commercial and industrial activity.
