Our neighbour is burrying dead stray dogs in the soceity ground where there is temple as well. When objected threatens and it leads to verbal abuse. This is third time they are doing this. Strict action should be taken against them. Address: Unnat Nagar 3 M.G Road Goregaon (West). Please advice.

Hello,

I stay in an apartment near Banashankari Bangalore. My neighbour uses old styled water heating mechanism and the smoke caused due to heating enters my building. My wall color has blackened due to it and plus early morning a lot of smoke is released which is causing too many problems. We cannot even open doors and windows early morning.

Please suggest on how this problem can be addressed. Is there any way to take legal action?

My name is Nishin Jain,I am a resident of bf/5,dda flats,munirka,new Delhi 110067.i would like to bring to your notice that our neighbours residing in bf/5b has been troubling me and my family for over a decade.
Their are infinite complaints against his behavior towards me and my widow mother.
We took a new car which we park in front of our house but mr.malhotra has made our lives difficult by not leaving any space for us to park.he leaves a lot of empty space for his convenience and we often park our car somewhere else and it usually takes atleast five to ten minutes to park in that little space.inspite of requesting him hundred times he doesn't listen to us.we have taken videos as well to show how lavishly he parks his car in empty space.
Few months back he hit our car and caused damage to it,my mother who saw him doing when complained to him,he got back in abusive language and we were forced to dial 100 and call the police at night!later at police station he accepted his fault and promised to pay for damages for which he still owes us.
We have seeked police help several times but they do not lodge an fir and they ask us to compromise every time .
Police is of no use to us because they won't ever file an fir and take any action.
We are really sick because of his behavior ,the more we stay quiet the more he tests our patience!
We don't want anything but a little peace.
We are really really fed up! Before this matter flares up any further please...please look into this matter and provide enough parking space as per requirement!
It's a pain to call someone to assist with parking at odd hours.
We really look forward and hope somebody will do something to bring this to an end!

sir there is a water logging in front of house no. 95 near my home, the owner of house no. 95 is not doing any effort to drain out the logged water .there are strong chances to bread dengue mosquitoes so i m kindly reuesting you to pls take immidiate and neccesary action against him as soon as possible, i will be really apolozise to you and its a really a memorable action by you to prevent dengue .

hope you will take immidiate and hard action against him, to remove collected water which cause dengue.

This is to bring in your knowledge that I, Mohammed Sohaib Farooqui, R/oA-81 zakir bagh, am going through lot of suffering, mental tension and sleepless nights and monetary loss because of my neighbour Mr Shakil Ahmed , who is on the Third Floor on the same side of the building is doing some cnever ending onstruction work for the last 6-8 months.That was bearable if they were keeping the area clean and not dumping the malba just in front of our door a haven to dengi mosquitos and malaria.Many times I told his son and daughter but in vain. He is a Lawyer of which he is always trying to bully other neighbours and misuses his profession.

Please take some action as of now he has occupied the terrace also where our water tanks are fixed and we cannot go there as he has locked it and illegally constructed a room on the way to the terrace. The society is registered under Bombay society act.It does not give any rights to top Floor resident of roofs, they will be equally shared.

I am writing this latter after reading the article and comments by Commissioner KS Mehra in today’s Hindustan Times dated 30/7/2009 regarding encroachment on public land, or illegal construction. This letter is to inform head of MCD of illegal activity that is happening in our neighborhood of A block in Tagore Garden Ext., New Delhi – 110027. This activity is being conducted by the occupants of A-12, Tagore Garden Ext., New Delhi – 110027. Property Owner Puran Chand Naveen who is also the president of RWA of our area, has built illegal shopping complex consisting of 6 shops and illegal apartments and has enclosed and used unauthorized Government Land within his illegally built shopping complex with in residential plot where gambling and sex racket is an ordinary thing. Bad element gathers early morning and starts to gamble and use profanity and abusive language towards passersby. It has been very difficult for the ladies and children of the neighborhood to pass by on day to day basis. Parked car coming in and out make life hell for neighbors. Prostitutes come in and out all day long. This illegal activity must be stopped immediately by demolishing this illegally built shopping complex on the Government Land in residential plot. A block neighborhood association had complained numerous times without any results. This time we are urging that MCD must take action and take its action immediately.
