An unending harassment to the residents / hospital patients / senior citizens and the students facing boards exams due to an ongoing ndmc project site work. The project work is moving at a completely reckless with unprofessional supervision & guidelines. The sound of breaking rocks almost round the clock is creating headaches and not letting people go for sleep.
We, the residents of charak palika hospital complex, moti bagh, new delhi, would like to bring to your attention/ file an official complaint through this platform towards the extreme discomfort that we all have been subjected to, since last many months, due to an ongoing ndmc’s excavation activity, in progress, next to our hospital cum residential complex.
Besides the insensitive approach & a lackadaisical working mannerism, the project is also not following the necessary byelaws w. R. T environmental guidelines being issued by the pollution control board. The area has not even been cordon of[censored]p to the required height and therefore the entire dust and dirt is entering houses especially to the ones above second floor in surrounding vicinity.
You are therefore requested to kindly take a note of the same and stop the site work immediately till the necessary arrangements like soundless equipment for breaking rocks, covering the project site as per standards and a fixed window of working is being planned at your end.
We are sure that you would inspect the site and take an immediate action.

Hello, i am resident of g block, jahangir puri, delhi110033. There are some people would play loud music anytime, anyday, without any reason. I am studying in class 12 and my siblings too are students. Board exams are approaching. We have elderly people living in our home. And its too annoying to bear this music. Many times we have asked the people to stop this nonsense but they are not at all ready. They are nit even scared that we would complaint or something. I want the concerned authorities to take strict action against these people so that they get to know that the law is still alive.

I am resident of narayan lotus, chandkheda road near iocl. There is a huge noise of fabrication work every time day-night. As the area is residential and they were doing industrial work on major scale. So the people living here are disturbed we have an examination going on for children and they make the life as hell.

loudspeaker being played the whole day

Sir, I'm a resident of Sadar Bazar Delhi cantt(110010) living in government quarters and every day, loudspeaker is played at loudest volume possible, they don't follow any time limit too and continue to play till 1 am starting from 3 pm. We have difficulty studying for our exams, we are also facing ear related problems. These people don't care for other's safety and always play loud DJs. And in this time, we do understand that marriage season is going on but they should also follow the time limit that's prescribed by the higher court.

huge noise pollution

I am a resident of chandigarh. I live in sector 7 of chandigarh and in the adjoining sector 26, there is a disco named 'culture'. Every night a very loud music is played in this disc. It starts around 8 every night and continues till late night around 1 or 2 am. There is a heart patient at my home who feels a lot of problem due to such high level of music. Sometimes the music is so loud that the windows of my house start getting vibrated. I am a student and i experience a lot of disturbance in my studies due to loud music. The disco is in the neighbour of the police station of sector 26 even after that they play such a high level of music daily. When we complain, music gets slow for that time only and it comes at its old high pitch from the next day onwards. We are tired of it as disturbance is created on the daily basis by them. I request you to take the necessary steps to stop or at least slow it down.

I am a working man. I respect all religions and culture. but near my home thair is a shiv temple where every morning around 4.30 to 7 AM heavy loudspeaker use for bhajan. thair is a gurudwara also but that's sound is low and not on daily basis. but in temple very heavy loudspeaker used . in the early morning which causes me to not sleep properly. Sir i am from pinjore rathpur colony near rathpur park. As you know this is time of navratri and ramlela people are using big sirens for their kirtan and ramlela but their sound is very loud. For their program two ten inch dj speakr is enough but they use eight 12 inch speaker and two siren for more sound. This loud sound irritate me. Sound is as loud you listen this in full colony. Ramlela start at 10 pm or end late night. I cannot not sleep properly.
I am trying government ban sirens in small program because siren sound radius is 2 to 3 km approximately and this is very loud pls take any action.

I am a citenzen of india residing in delhi, today is ganesh chaturthi and i want you to take strict actions against the violence these superstitious people of india are making while taking rallys in the name of god. Nowadays it's a trend if they don't bring powerful base djs in rally there prayer won't be heard by god.
Plz take effective measures as a lots of people are getting affected bcoz of all this lots of old age people who have hearing aid. severe construction noise in residential area

I am a resident in sector 28, gurugram and the adjoining house is under construction. The timings are quite odd and it almost goes on till late evening around 10-11pm and resumes in the morning at 5am due to which our peace of mind and sleep cycle is getting disturbed. Also, the construction workers have put up tents right behind our house and when the construction is not going on, the noise from their slums is what keeps us up. Not only this but they do not have any proper gas facility to cook so they use traditional methods of lighting fire which further adds to the pollution level also. They are not only polluting a residential area in terms of noise but also in terms of pollution. Please look into it at the earliest as this could be the reason of multiple people falling sick in my neighbourhood.

Though it is announced that there must not be any high volume, noise pollution either in name of marriage procession, religious procession but still i am facing the issue irrespective of lodging complaint through 100 (Police control room). I would request police to take strict action against violators and implement the prevailing law strictly.

I am a resident of sitaram colony, haily mandi, the.- pataudi, distt.- gurugram (Haryana).in the street near to dr. Rajesh, there is a family of ramphool swami who always plays devotional songs in the morning and haryanvi songs whole day (Means approx. 6.30 am to late night) at high volume. It's really irritating or unbearable for us to face this problem. The students are not able to concentrate on study or some other works. Many peoples ask them to keep low volume but there is no positive attitude by them. Due to high volume we can't talk on calls

The defendants are hereby restrained from using the construction equipment which are causing noise pollution to disturb the plaintiff. A trial court recently restrained woman from carrying out any construction work inside her house that would cause probable "Noise Pollution" in the area after her neighbor moved the court alleging that the constant hammering caused her "mental agony".

I am a resident of laxmi nagar.in the back side flats, street no-3 there is a lady who always plays devotional songs at high volume from 8:00 am to 10:30 pm. It's really irritating or unbearable for us to face this problem. We can't able to concentrate on study or some other works. Many peoples complaint aginst her but there is no use. I want to draw attention of authority toward noise pollution being spread by club house in jm orchid society sector-76 noida. I am resident of jm house.in a tower in one of flat at ground floor is converted as a community center /club house by builder and also residential flat are also made around it. Builder installed gym equipment and music system in the community center silently without knowledge of authority and some of residents are bent upon using and playing music at high volume and bass from 6.00am to 10 pm. Due to which it become very difficult to reside in the nearby flats. Number of time jmo management has been requested to control it. But they are not doing any thing to control it. I request authority to intervene in to the matter and noise pollution in this residential are be stopped, so that residents in nearby can live peacefully in their flats which is their fundamental right.

illegal textile industry creating noise pollution

Would like to draw your kind attention towards the noise pollution created by illegal textile factory established in basement located at veer bazar gali no. 11 near radha krishna mandir (Poonam medicos), kapashera, new delhi 110037.
The industry is creating so much noise that we are able not able to sleep. The factory keeps running from 9am to 11 pm, sometimes whole night.

This is to complain regarding a heavy exhaust machine that the restaurant La Veggie, Chowpatty, Mumbai - 400007 runs throughout the day from 9am - 11.30pm every single day.
The machine is placed in the house gully between 2 buildings and just below our window.
Hence the noise throughout the day is a nuisance and unbearable to the ears.
I have an extremely aged senior citizen at home and request you to take prompt action against this.

In our area loudspeakers at temples and Gurudwara create so much noise, as we all know this is exam time all students are doing there best to score good in exam but here study is far away we even can sleep. Whole day temple's noise irritat us and then in morning and evening Gurudwara start there loudspeakers.

There's always high volume dj starts after 10pm at gymkhana near it park chandigarh and it really disturbs. Kids get disturbed while sleeping and it keep on going till late night 1 am - 2am.
Kindly look into this and stop this nonsense.. When after 10 pm there is not any allowance of high volume music, why can they always play so high! We realy get disturbed and its a matter of daily.

nuisance and threat from neighbour

Dear concern
I live in dera bassi district mohali in a decent sized apartment with around 1000 flats. My neighbours who live above me (Flatno-1045) are a real nuisance and they are using residential flat as a commercial construction office which is illegal in a residential society. They slam the doors, drop heavy objects with loud thuds, drag furniture, loud music till 2-3 am in the morning. And do all sorts of noisy nuisance at late night, say it starts around 10-11 at night and sometimes continues till 12-1 am. We and our kids are not able to have a peaceful sleep that's why they are ill now. We have requested them to stop all this, it did not work out and they threat me. Then, we requested our local society association. They called them first and told them not to do such things. It has not improved. Now, when we complained the association again, they say it is between the resident and we need to solve them ourselves.
Offlate, in addition to the above said nuisance, they have started using the tread mill above my master bedroom, which is real nonsense. It creates loud thumps at 4-5 am in the morning throughout our flat, and driving me crazy. We are losing our sleep almost everyday. Our kids are not able to sleep bcoz of the sounds they make at odd hours. They argue, speak back and talk all nonsense when we tell not to do so... Also, association dont want to get involved into this. They reply back saying that it is our head ache and we need to resolve it however we wish to. The association are also yelling at us when we say about this complaint and just washing their hands off...
Firstly, i would like to make the association realise that they have some responsibilities towards the residents, like some rules of not keeping treadmill etc at home... They cannot just walk away without giving an ear to our distress
Secondly, we wish these nuisance neighbours to learn to behave properly and incorporate "live and let live" policy and let us live peacefully.
We are really in a dilemma and stress as it is our own apt.. And we cannot move out...
Please look into the matter, kindly do the needful.

I live in dera bassi district mohali in a decent sized apartment with around 1000 flats. My neighbours who live above me (Flatno-1045) are a real nuisance and they are using residential flat as a commercial construction office which is illegal in a residential society. They slam the doors, drop heavy objects with loud thuds, drag furniture, loud music till 2-3 am in the morning. And do all sorts of noisy nuisance at late night, say it starts around 10-11 at night and sometimes continues till 12-1 am. We and our kids are not able to have a peaceful sleep that's why they are ill now. We have requested them to stop all this, it did not work out and they threat me. Then, we requested our local society association. They called them first and told them not to do such things. It has not improved. Now, when we complained the association again, they say it is between the resident and we need to solve them ourselves.
Offlate, in addition to the above said nuisance, they have started using the tread mill above my master bedroom, which is real nonsense. It creates loud thumps at 4-5 am in the morning throughout our flat, and driving me crazy. We are losing our sleep almost everyday. Our kids are not able to sleep bcoz of the sounds they make at odd hours. They argue, speak back and talk all nonsense when we tell not to do so... Also, association dont want to get involved into this. They reply back saying that it is our head ache and we need to resolve it however we wish to. The association are also yelling at us when we say about this complaint and just washing their hands off...
Firstly, i would like to make the association realise that they have some responsibilities towards the residents, like some rules of not keeping treadmill etc at home... They cannot just walk away without giving an ear to our distress
Secondly, we wish these nuisance neighbours to learn to behave properly and incorporate "live and let live" policy and let us live peacefully.
We are really in a dilemma and stress as it is our own apt.. And we cannot move out...
Please look into the matter, kindly do the needful.

party hall noise after 10pm

Therw is a party hall near our residence and they are sometimes playing dj at full volume late night after 10pm. It just breaks off our nerves. The volume is so high we cannot sleep. Dont know what to do so i am complaining it here.. If there is any solution to this.. Dont know why they arent folllowing rules..!! Need to take some serious action. Please guide me regarding this..

They are spreading a loud noise in our mohalla by playing a loudspeaker in that dharamsala daily so take any action on control this noise pollution polluted by these people with loudspeaker with out any permission
The defendants are hereby restrained from using the construction equipment which are causing noise pollution to disturb the plaintiff. This is to bring to your kind notice that loud music in trilokpuri next to pocket 2, mayur vihar, phase 1, delhi till late night. As per supreme court order music can be played till 10pm but we are suffering distrub daily till 12 or 1am at night. Kidos high time to study as boards are abt to start. Health issue too of an old family members. Please help us to resolve this issue and shut the music after 10pm at night.

This is to inform that kabir nagar raipur, chhattisgarh community hall has no control on noise pollution after 10 pm as this community hall is in residential area we common people suffer all the time because of loud music, local police has no control my question is why rule is made when there is no control to stop such activity. Kindly look into this matter as this problem is very serious a daily problem kids can't study and rest can't sleep.

Respected authority, february to may is high time for students' exams and loud speaker other noise pollutants really disturb the studies.
My locality is om shiv colony, lalghati, bhopal, m. P.
Apart from studies people usually go to sleep around 10.30 - 11pm and noises from temples, houses with any function (Marriages, birthday parties, get together) and other places really disturbs children, old and the diseased. I really hope you work into the matter and i request timely patrols by government officials and police to check noise pollution.

problem due to loud music

We are facing lot of noise problems in our locality (12a colony, saraswati marg, karol bagh) by loud music almost every night, even after 10 pm also. This noise pollution is creating menace and distraction in our daily works, studies and causing heart problems. We are getting very much troubled by this as we have our exams soon. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

demolition of old building with heavy machines

Nextdoor an old building is demolished the demolition is done using very machines. The noise produced by the machines are beyond 100 decibal and we are unable to hear the normal sounds. Old people and sick people are unable to with stand the sound. Lot of rubbish materials thrown over us. Children afraid of moving out and play around. The personnel are very adamant to our request
