These temples are near my house. They are disturbing us with early morning loudspeaker noise. Not letting us sleep, effecting our health. Its horrible for the ones who work in the night shift and should sleep in the morning. Once during a festival time when we asked them to reduce the sound instead of decreasing it they increased it. The address is pochamma temple, kanaka durga temple, phase1, alwyn colony kukatpally. Temples are near akshara school. Please look into it asap.

Sir, please do something i am living in hoshangabad madhya pradesh at malakhedi, there where many temples are situated and they make too much loud noise daily morning and whole night, thousands of students and common man are disturbed, troubled, harassed by them even common man not able to sleep a well, please do something otherwise a day violence will explode.

The noise of construction at kamptee road near Automotive Square, opp Nilgiri Apartment is too high, even in night. It is 10:45 pm, still noise level is too high.
Kids are having exam days, have to study, but facing lots of disturbance due to high level of irritating sound.
As per our knowledge, the construction is allowed between 8am to 8pm only.
But nagpur metro work under ITD cementation, is working till late night..
Please help

High sound even t night and even the peoples who is dancing also making crowd by hollowing one most important in our home oldd persons live suffering from hear problems base is bery high we are not able to slleep as u know exams is near of the students the students is not able to study and also base at nigjt is very high and peoples shouting and hollowing none said about it moreover dj vala is not serious and doesnot aware about the time and the sound base

With due respect, i would like to draw your kind attention towards the illegal commercial factories running at our residential building in the name of domestic use on rental basis located at house no.315 3rd floor (Right side) thansingh nagar, anand parbat central delhi-110005.

This building was constructed in year of 2014. By the local builder up to 4th floor each floor is two flats buildup indivisibly with domestic electricity and water connection and each flats area is approx. 50 sqy. Ground, second & third floor have been handed over to land owner and builders was taken over first and fourth floor from the land owner as per the building construction agreement & sale deed and registry. After that builder was taken the position and it was legally one by one sold to different person’s and i have bought house no.315 4th floor (Right side) and staying with families.

These factories are involved for the making of household (Gifts and packing items) in this regards they use harmful chemical, plastic, paper & glass related activities. And in the meantime they have installed a cutting & grinding machine inside of room at 3rd floor and when it runs it spread a very bad smell and loud sound pollution in the nearby atmosphere, which creates a very bad situation when we take breath. It has causes very negatively on the heath conditions on our residents and children and we are getting very difficult to live in the house.

Please notice that, this factory has been running illegally with domestic water and electricity connection and floor owner it has been given on rental basis to residential purpose. But this floor is totally utilized by the household factory owner, that’s why the floor owner fully ignored such problems as they have getting their monthly rent, huge electricity and water charges from factory owner.

In this regards we have several time requested to floor owner to stop and vacate this illegal factory from our residential building, but they don't want to listen anything and very rudely behaving with me and my family. As well as they have threatening me directly and indirectly and try to create lot o[censored]nwanted situation in front of my family.

We all are common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate action against such unauthorized factories in our residence that are making this place like hell. And our all neighbors well aware that regarding such problems, but they are unable to do anything from the landlords fear.

You are also requested to kindly keep all the details regarding identification of this complaint confidential.

This is to inform u that these swachh bharat vans create a lot of noise pollution.
Students have their exams going on and these loud songs create a lot of noise pollution and disturbance.
I live in paliwal nagar near saket nagar indore... Please stop this daily loud music.
This music creates a very negative effect on my mind and the tunes get stuck.

This is to inform you that its an residential area in which some people are making huge noise by 2am in the midnight on the road by playing songs in the open car outsde the home. They are disturbing everyone and irritating us by playing song on loud speaker.
We are not ok with this issue.

We are residents of dashmesh nagar gill road ludhiana st no 12/6r.in our neighbourhood someone has been operating header machines many a time we have complained against them but no action has been taken so far. The headers caused a lot of problems mental, physical as well as psychological. Due to these machines crackes are focused in our house walls. Please take an immediate action as soon as possible.

There is a fabricator below my house and there is the industrial noise of banging, grinding and cutting of metals. My wife is suffering from a chronic migraine and her health is directly been affected.
Several complaints to the society have not helped us resolve this issue.

I live in rohini sec-7, b-5/168, delhi-110085.
People doing jagratas in durga temple here so loud at 1 am.. Loudspeakers are so high that we are unable to sleep. Tom is monday.. Its wirking day and these people are making so much noise plus making whole world listen to them... I have exam tom... And i dont know till when it continues... Please take some action atleast they should not use so much high loudspeakers.. If songs are nt allowed aftr 12 then these devotional noise should not be allowed even..

The helpers and their children living here are making noise all day round which has become unbearable now. We have tried everything, we have requested peacefully, sometimes scolded them but they do not seem to budge, we have complaint to society president, nothing done still. Kindly help!
Its getting way out of hand and we dont like shouting on people everyday but they dont seem to listen unless we do

Parkash vihar near rambali chowk batala road amritsar 143001 demolishion of this area church a person open a church in his house there is no any church. Is going on since two 2 years and the equipments used for that make very loud noise in the area which is unbearable from 5 am to 9 am daily and 5am to 2pm every sunday please stop this as it is very loud it is disturbing the entire area long it is very very disturbing for old people and new born babies who stay at home all the time. Several request has been made to them but they are not ready to listen and want to argument every time and understand the situation. Some student have study at early morning they also get disturb every day.

Demolishion of this property is going on since two months and the equipments used for that make very loud noise in the area which is unbearable please stop this as it is very loud it is disturbing the entire area and whole day long it is very very disturbing for old people who stay at home all the time. Several request has been made to them but they are not ready to listen and understand the situation.

Lot of loud speak noise in whole east delhi by oppo mobile company.in whole east delhi lots of loud speaker is creating a disturbance not been able to concentrate on work and study. Please do the need full and important point is the whole thing is going on and police and roaming listing to the loud speaker and doing nothing and media coverage for it. What type of promotion it is we are not been able to concentrate on work and study.

A building next to c 131 yusuf sarai near green park metrostation, new delhi 110016 is under construction and the owner make the work continue generally after midnight too. Sometimes till 3:00 am which is very disturbing including the drill noises. Today it's about 2:00am and the drilling noise is disturbing the sleep and studies of many. I request you to please pay heed to the matter. It would be of great help.

There is too much noise pollution in my area - boring canal road, patna! Next to panchmukhi hanuman mandir! People using loudspeakers at 1 am on 30th september due to dussehra! As per my understanding the law states loudspeakers are prohibited between 10 p. M to 6 am, except for auditorium and conference rooms!! Can any government body do something??

Diwali mela is organised every year in front of our apartment for around 10 days. The noise starts at 5:30-6:00pm and lasts till almost midnight, till 11:30. The noise levels are highly dangerous and can cause health hazards. The children aren't able to study and the elderly are not able to sleep.
We tried calling the pcr number, but in vain. Even the police chowki couldn't be of much help.

There is a hospital named bhardwaj children hospital near old bus stand, bhiwani which is creating a lot of noise pollution by means of old generator which is installed on the road. Whole gali is polluted by noise and bad air whenever they use it.. Noise is above standards recommended.. Kindly see to the matter earliest that they either use a new generator or install it on their roof or use a appropriate silencer

Hi,
In front of my house there is a wooden depo in open place and daily they make a noise by cutting woodens by machines which disturbs us badly daily and we are unable to stay at home because of this loud noise.
I called our ward engineer and complaint him but no use.
Even we residents went to owner and requested him to stop this but he behaved with us badly by abusing us.
Kindly take a immediate action.

I am a resident of house no-38 block-f, aman vihar, hari enclave, delhi 110086. It’s a matter of deep concern/importance that there are two unauthorized commercial factories running in our area which are just adjacent to my house. The address for factory is f-37 and f-39 aman vihar hari enclave delhi 110086. These factories have just been a subject of great annoyance for us as a resident. Out of the two factories one is being operated by very heavy machines which makes so much noise which is unbearable and leads to stress and mental problems. Further, due to the heavy loads frequent vibrations are coming into my house and the walls of our house vibrates which is just unbearable. The factories are constantly making air and noise pollution all day long and sometimes even at night and hampering the piece and environment of the place. Working machines make a huge noise that can be heard in the street from several meters away. Out of the two factories, one is installed with some heavy steel crushing machines which releases smoke that pollutes and contaminates the environment very badly. The effect of the dust and smoke is quite apparent on the workers of the factory who can be seen covered with black dust all the time. This is also a matter of deep concern on the part of the workers and may lead to severe health hazards. We have requested the owner of the factories so many times to shift the same in some commercial area but regret to say they have just ignored our saying. The owners of the factory live apart in silence and other people suffer because of them.

I want you to take some strict action against them.

By profession i m software eng and student too, next to my building in e2/103 shastri nagar, d-52, landlord name - harsharn bachal, i have made several complaint to him and his rented person for their heavy machine noise and tata 407 tampu visits number of time below my home, even i called on 100 no but no response and improment happened, they people are rigid and said we are not able hear any noise and ignored us. They use extra space in the street which comes in unauthorised zone. I would take strong action without doing any crime.in the day time i sleep due to my night shifts but unbearable noise can't make me sleep. I'm mentally harsh by them. I feel like i m living in industrial area in residential zone! I humbly request you to please take serious action.

This is highly request to the department that beside us a building construction work is going on some high sound machines are used by them for cutting stones or some other stuffs and sound frequency is too high we can not bear it this building is located at near f-37 ber sarai south west delhi 110016 i don't know the exact building number but when you reach there you can find it easily because it sounds too much, i am a student when i try to study i found it so noisy i can not study at all because of this noise.
Please take immediate action to stop this noise

In our neighboring lane, the lane left to andhra bank, opposite of kaman street in road no 12, banjara hills, we face serious sound pollution issues. Almost every week there will be heavy band and drums that starts somewhere around 10 and continues till 2 or sometimes 3. We are facing serious sleep problems because of this. Also i heard there must no be any heavy drums after 10. But it seems like no one cares about this. Even if the police arrive, they are not stopping the noise. I thought they will not allow such heavy drums in residential areas!!!. Seriously very very disturbed with the sounds during night and early hours of morning. Hope some one takes care of this.

I live in ekvira nagar near water tank, bijalinagar, chinchwad, pune. There is a major noise pollution in this area after 10-10:30 pm everyday at the tine of ganpati festival. These people starts practicing dhole-tasha after 10:30pm which is really really bad. I just have problem with the timings of the noise pollution. Please help me. This has become really irritating.

I live in scientist colony residential area in khundidhar, near shamti petrol pump, solan. I work during day time and have to back during night.
In front of our residence area there is construction work running 27*7 which disturbs most. Even it is impossible to sleep sometimes. Please do something so that it should stop atleast upto 11pm.

Sir, I live in talpuri Bhilai. I want to register a complaint against the noise pollution in area near me. The people of talpuri basti(basti near talpuri colony) are organising some religious stuff, for which songs have been played continuously in high volume. Please make them stop. It's unbearable. And it's not the first time that the people do this kind of activities. It's on a regular basis. Talpuri colony people are fed up of listening to this loud music or annoucement or any religious activities of its kind. Children have to study in the day time also.

I would like to make complaint for the noise pollution caused by masjid located in street number 11 ramesh park laxmi nagar delhi 110092. This masjid is located in the house which is now used as majid. There so many speakers installed in this building from first floor to the 3rd floor. We have asked so many times to remove speakers but still no action taken.

We are the residents of Veraval -somnath [Gujrat] facing noise pollution by D. J at midnight.at Lohana boarding, Opp, S, T. stand, Veraval- 362265. Here there are many hospitals, hotels and residentials areas nearby situated. Actually that is educational premise which illegally give on rental basis to Parties, Dandiyas and D.J.s and making a lot of noise almost upto early morning. Many tines we had complained to police dept bur no actions have been taken yet. Plz guide us what should we go for...?
