Over Nite Express Complaints & Reviews

Hi, i have couriered some of the documents by over nite express from new delhi to kota. when i am checking it online, it is showing out for delivery since last 4 days. i don't know where is the parcel. i contacted customer care but no hope at all. AWB no is [protected]. Pathetic service by over nite. going to file a case if it is not delivered with in next 2 days....
