Duplicate death certificate of my grand mother (Late rama subbamma). First went to me seva, they said take one letter from panchayat secretary, we met panchayat secretary, he told one copy issued for his son (Rama subbamma). He said, he is not issuing duplicate copy for us.

I am living in andhra pradesh, east godavari district, ainavilli mandal, mukteshwaram center. I want to complain about street dogs which are forming groups on roads and the dogs are trying to attack people who are driving bikes especially at night time, we are afraid of this issue, please solve as soon as possible.
