I am sesirekha from Bangalore and recently on feb 29th 2024 I ordered some plants in plantsguru.com. There is no reply or confirmation or anything. I tried to reach them by calling the number given in their website but couldn’t reach. When I am trying to give email to the email id they gave it is not going giving me message such email id is not there to deliver. My order id is #124197

I ordered some plants with the order number# 123892 for 3 plants worth Rs 1, 147.00 on 17/02/24 which I had made an online payment . On 26/02/24 I received the wrong plant that is worth Rs 499/- which I have absolutely no use for as it wasn't even ta plant but a juvenile tree, I have been trying to contact plantsguru however their phone number [protected] goes straight to an IVR and disconnects, no response via email info plantsguru.com however response from the SELLER. A purchase that was supposed to bring happiness to me and my family ended in feeling conned and cheated by this seller, I require a refund of the whole amount as this was absolutely not what I wanted, Please help...

I ordered some plants with the order ID 117995 for 6, 222 Rupees. I received an e-mail regarding order confirmation immediately after online payment that the order will be shipped on 29.05.2023, but no order was shipped till today the 03.06.2023. I have tried to contact the seller through online contact through his website, through e-mail and through telefon, but NO ONE replied to my queries so far. No update from the seller. Please help. I need the shipment immediately or the seller should refund me my money back. Never again will I shop here. My google feedback follows soon if the seller does not respond. I am also planning to contact my back to reverse the payment and to file a law suit against the seller.

I had ordered plants with order no.115594 in the website plantsguru.com on 09/03/2023 for 4 nos of plants for a value of Rs. 1426/-and it was supposed to be despatched on 12/03/2023, there has been no information regarding dispatch tried calling them up and there has not been any response to my calls. Please help me to get a refund of my payment from them.

I have placed my order no. 102686 on plantsguru for purchase of plants/pots/soil/fertilizer and also paid 2024/- on same day through Paytm. Not get any update about delivery of my product . Kindly register my complaint, so that I get delivery update or otherwise plantsguru has to return my money

Received below SMS Message that Order is Confirmed:

"Your Order# 83599 0n www.plantsguru.com for INR 968.82 successful.CCA Ref. No.[protected]."

BUT I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO SAY TRANSACTION WAS NOT POSSIBLE.
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN. YOU HAVE TAKEN THAT AMOUNT ON MARCH 29TH & NO RETURN MESSAGE SENT FOR THE MONEY TAKEN & WHEN MY ORDER WILL COME.

CLARIFY IMMEDIATELY OR I SHALL PUT IT ON MEDIA CHAT THAT IT WAS A FRAUD.

I had placed an order on 4th july 2020. Have written multiple emails and tried to contact them on the customer service number, however there is no response from plantsguru. My order number 65534 and the money has been deducted from my account.

I had made two orders for two plants for rs 279 each totalling rs 558 on june 7th and made the payment online through net banking. But they have not sent the items even after several reminders. And they are not refunding the money either. Please help.

I have placed an order plants on[protected]. I have awaited about follow up order status but still now i didn't receive any information about my order. I have called the contact number from website but they are not attending. I have mailed but no response. I don't know how i have to proceed. Pls help me to resolve the issue
