Sharada Sahakari Bank Bibvewadi has rented row house in Kothari Blocks, Bibvewadi, Pune and installed diesel generator in society premise.

The diesel generator is causing severe air pollution to next row houses. Fumes and smell of fumes is causing health issues to nearby row houses

We are staying in suvan Cresta bibwewadi almost one year we are facing very high noise from construction site Kohinoor jeeva project by Goyal Ganga they have made one iron pipe made by iron drums more than 1500 feet high and cement blocks garbage .while throwing down it makes irritating voice. We have only hope from you as we have made several complaints to them. Kindly do the needful 🙏

Hello sir I lived in Pravin Avenue Manaji Nagar Narhe behind Pooja Electronics, there is one open plot on back side of our building and near by we have one scrap vendor Name Malhar Raddi depo he burn lot of plastics and other stuff to extract copper and other materials out of the scrap he did it on daily basis and smoke directly come into the house he did it mostly in evening hours we tried to do police complaint but they said complaint into environment department please help us as it is very dangerous and toxic smoke.

We the residence of dewdrop Vishrantwadi are exposed to very high noise pollution from adjacent shanti nagar housing area on daily basic .
almost every secondary day there is music played from loud speakers beyond tolerance levels . mostly they play loud speakers from 5pm beyond 11 pm as well .
it is deafening

WE are the residebts of Kamal Park Dhanori (Pune 411015) which is fully residential area. In our area recently a Mangal Karyalaya has been established. During the celebrations in Mangal Karyalaya loud sound DJs, Fire crackers creating sound and air pollution. Please see in this matter which is creating health hazards to the residents.

This is to notify you that on a daily basis garbage and dump is being burnt in the area beside hotels near to the highway in Pashan Sus road beside the service road near new Sutarwadi bus stand. The area pin code is 411021. This burning waste is leading to high air pollution and smoke on a daily basis so would request you to take some steps as this is very dangerous for people living in the near by societies like Kumar Papillon and others in the Sus road especially for aged and children

We are staying in 10 floor residential building at Punyadham Ashram Road.The nearby Metafold Engineering and scrap dealers make lot of noise and burn toxic materials.This is affecting the old and young kids.

We are unable to get proper sleep due to continuous disturbance.

Few cottage industries are set-up in green zone sensitive area in Pimpri Gaon.
closer to river area. ( It's a kind of encroachments ).

There daily operation and activities is doing tremendous harm to environment and people's health living near by area.
Due to harmful smokes ( Which might contains harm chemicals) produced by these cottage industries.

Mostly these activities are carried out during evening/night time so that they can hide these activities from the local people.
Attaching the photos as a proof.

Please initiate investigation regarding this and take corrective measures.

I am staying in Kalpak Apartments Behind Mira Society Shankar Seth Road Area, Pune- 411037, The locality that we stay in is completely residential There is a scrap dealer adjacent to my building who is running a scrap yard and is causing severe air pollution by burning various kinds of materials which are emitting highly toxic smoke. This is a daily occurrence and continues unabated In the past there has even been 2 explosions when they tried to cut a gas cylinder, The police too did not act on this. They also cause constant sound pollution due to constant hammering and loading unloading of scrap. Due to this air pollution we are facing health issues. My mother who is an asthmatic is severely affected by this. My wife with no history of any respiratory problem's too developed Asthma post our marriage. My son too falls frequently ill due to throat infections . Hi Team, We are leaving in the Residential area of PCMC Area of Pune. We have found that small scale industries is working over in our residential are withought any permission of PCMC corporation and they producing a huge amount to Air pollution and water pollution. All the wastage of this industries are directly deposited into the Indrayani river and even due to air pollution we are getting some healt related issues. A DEFENCE UNIT IS SITUATED IN SUTARWADI, PUNE-21. THE PROCESS INVOLVES NITRATION USING STRONG NITRIC AS WELL AS OLEUM, FOR PRODUCING DEFENCE PRODUCTS. THE EFFLUENT ARAISING FROM THE UNIT CONSISTS OF TOXIC WASTES APART FROM ACIDS AND NITRATED BY PRODUCTS. THE UNIT IS CLAIMING THE TREATED PRODUCTS ARE WITHIN THE SPECIFIED LIMITS.

TOTAL SOLID CONTENT, BOD, COD, TOTAL NITROGEN CONTENT, NITRITES AND NITRARES ALONG WTH AMMONICAL NITROGEN.

PLEASE TAKE SAMPLES FROM THE PLANT SITE FOR SOIL ANALYSIS AND NEUTRALISED EFFLUENT AND SUBMIT THE REPORT. BEING DEFENCE UNIT, LOT OF NEGLIGENCE SHOWN BY PMC. THE FORM WILL BE FILLED ALONG WITH FEES AND INTIMATED TO YOU SIR.

I HOPE THE COMMISSIONER ALONG WITH PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER ACTING FOR RTI, WILL LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY
