I have purchased a "Brother Black Ink Tank Printer 220 V DCP-T820DW" on June 16th, 2021 from a website named "www.rajdhanitools.com". At the time of placing order, i have paid INR 16854 as cost of printer. I have received the confirmation on my registered email and Mobile number. Since then i was following them for my delivery on their customer care contact numbers. Till June 18th, 2021 i was able to contact them and was made assured by them that printer will reach me by june 18th evening. But i did not received anything. Now since June 19th, 2021, i m not able to contact them as their phone numbers stand dismantled. Today their website and domain is also dismantled. so, i have no place to contact. have lost my money and had not received printer too.
