I received Dell TRHFF laptop battery on 17th of October 2022. I immediately inserted battery into my laptop and plugged in and found 0%. After two hours of charging there was no change in percentage. I reported the matter with service provider with all photos and documents . I send the battery to service center at my cost and they received it. They replied to answer in 4-5 days . Till now no reply. Battery was one year ten months old supplied...

I received my Dell TRHFF laptop battery on 17thOctober. On inspection I found it is copy not original and one year and ten months old 😹. I inserted the battery in my laptop and plugged for charging, it was showing 0% . After one hour there was no change, the battery was dead. In immediately contacted worldmart on WhatsApp and email with all photos. Battery was then returned for replacement. When it reached worldmart, they told me to wait....
