I received my Dell TRHFF laptop battery on 17thOctober. On inspection I found it is copy not original and one year and ten months old 😹. I inserted the battery in my laptop and plugged for charging, it was showing 0% . After one hour there was no change, the battery was dead. In immediately contacted worldmart on WhatsApp and email with all photos. Battery was then returned for replacement. When it reached worldmart, they told me to wait. Now they are not replying and responding till today 12th December.
My order number is 370061. Battery cost me ₹2800 . My money and battery is with them. Was this information helpful? |
