I received Dell TRHFF laptop battery on 17th of October 2022. I immediately inserted battery into my laptop and plugged in and found 0%. After two hours of charging there was no change in percentage. I reported the matter with service provider with all photos and documents . I send the battery to service center at my cost and they received it. They replied to answer in 4-5 days . Till now no reply. Battery was one year ten months old supplied to me, which was deeply discharged. Battery costs Mr ₹2800. Now battery and money is with worldmart. Company is fraud.😂😁. My order no is 370061.
