Hello,

I am the regular customer in Ratnadeep you can check with my mobile no for that confirmation.

Issue: Unfortunately I kept two same products in billing counter because of high traffic with less billing counters open by that manager. After reaching home i see two same products billed then i went to Ratnadeep store to cancel one or give some other product for that billed price as there is no use of same products but that manager denyed with agressive response now i realized never go to Ratnadeep.

If someone lookinto this and do proper action will continue in Ratnadeep else i will share my feedback to frequent Ratnadeep users for their awareness.

Sir I purchased provision from Ratnadeep supermarket at Alwal for which a bill amount of Rs.520.76 was deducted from my GP on[protected] at 07:48 PM. The Cashier was saying that the amount has not credited to our account so again you have to pay the amount, But I have returned back all the items. They inturn gave the acknowledgement and advised me to come after 2 days in the mean time your amount will be credited to your account. Till todate...

This complaint is for the Road No 12 Banjara Hills branch of Ratnadeep.
I have been an avid Ratnadeep customer for years now. I have never been through such a disappointing retail customer experience before. We were charged Rs 3, 400 for a chocolate my sister ate in the store before billing. Now I understand that it was her fault, but seriously, we were ready to pay the original amount of the chocolate but the manager, who I must add was extremely ill mannered, indecent and rude whined about some company policy stating we must pay 10x the cost. I don’t think it was fair at all. We were looted by this company and I hope action is taken against them. Never visiting a Ratnadeep store again.

After waiting for several minutes in the queue, the store salesman ask us to move to the next counter while he was doing something on the system along with his Manager. On asking him why, there was no response except staring at us. Even when asking the manager, he completely ignored us as if we didn't exist. On moving to the other counter, we complained about him to the other salesman and he laughed (basically giving off his manager's typical behaviour). Immediately other customers were served in that previous counter, idk why and what this was about. This happened in Ratnadeep East Marredpally, Manager's name- Surendar

Ladies not leaving after 10pm at night for staff. Staff are resigning the company, Plastic bags are using in company.not there any common sense to the manager name is Dinesh

I had visited Ratnadeep super market in Nallaganadla to buy apple today. They have packed 4 apples as one pack with thermocol tray and selling for per KG.

I picked up one pack with four apples and went for billing. store keeper weighted the pack and charged the amount including packing tray weight. When I asked the store keeper about extract cost charging for packing tray, the response was not proper and store keeper mentioned that every one taking like that with out any questions. I told them you are cheating the customer and charging more, still they did not bother. Pls refer pics for more details.
Please take proper action.

Hi I took 15k worth of groceries and team had deceived me by not delivering the cereals of 6 kg toor dal and when I reach supermarket incharge he was denying to provide the same shameless company

Salesman RAM at Ratnadeep Supermarket, Madhapur (Landmark: Near Avasa Hotel) has been stalking and misbehaving with some female customers inside Ratnadeep. When questioned, he would behave very rudely. When the issue was brought to the notice of the Operations Manager, KIRAN, he failed to take action. People who misbehave with women should be removed from job immediately.

When the issue was brought to the Supervisor's notice, he supported the Salesman. When the complaint was given at the head office, the Operations Manager KIRAN failed to take action. The staff who misbehave with women should be removed immediately from job.

One Salesman at Ratnadeep Supermarket, Madhapur (Landmark: Near Avasa Hotel) has been stalking and behaving indecently with some female customers inside Ratnadeep. When questioned, he would give rude answers. When the issue was brought to the Supervisor's notice, he supported the Salesman and troubled the customer even more.

Ratndeep supermarket Mehdipatnam 2 in this store manager is not responding to employers salary is on upstanding this employee is in education field. Ratndeep don't think about staff future they think all employees are only Machine. This things is directly spoilt one student future. Shame on the company who won't think about problems facing by staff.

Please give a chair to security guard to sit atleast 15 mins an hour..
It effects to their future health because of your ratnadeep...
They have to lead entire family in future...

Dear Madam/Sir,

I noticed the management of Ratnadeep adding random amounts on products over and above GST. Something needs to be done about this. I bought a odonil which is 141 in MRP and 10 rs is GST apparently. Then comes a pack which they say is 5 bucks but are charging 10 rs on top of the gst.

Please look into this sir/Madam.

I've purchased kimia dates of two boxes on 4 th April I opened one box on 11 April, it is spoiled, it's stinking and they are rotten, the packed date is 3/2021

The gst authorities

Dear sir/s

It is deplorable that the implementation and monitoring of gst applied on consumer goods is pathetic in telangana.

The so called 'reputed' stores, in connivance with the vested interests are overcharging the customers by charging gst over and above the mrp, printed on the products.

This is going on with no apprehension of legal action, inspite of the clear guidelines by the central government, and wide - publicity in the newspapers to the public. Which means the stakes are high and the implementation is poor, at the cost of the end consumer, who always suffer.

I am enclosing the bills (Photos) of ratnadeep stores in manikonda, hyderabad. The products show mrp and gst is charged on mrp on the bill:

1. Dabur home made tomato puree: 200g date of mfg: 02mar17 - mrp: rs.25/0 each qty 4 batch: gh7008 j total amount: rs.100-00
2. Haldiram phalhari chiwda : 150 g. Qty 2 mrp: rs.30 each total rs. 160

Gst @ 12% on rs. 160 = rs.17.13

Please conduct a raid on such so called reputed store chains and do the needful, so that the common man does not have to feed their profits by shedding blood from the hard-earned income.

The stores manager had categorically refused to refund the amount and stated that i am free to approach any authority, and that it is telangana and only the local government is stronger than the centre.

Please keep me informed what action is being initiated/taken against these unscrupulous profiteers within a reasonable time say 7 days.
