I purchased a red bus ticket the emailed ticket says I can change my ticket un until day of travel. I have downloaded app and spent hours trying to change my ticket but the emailed bus ticket number is not recognised by the app or the website. There is no way you can speak to a real person so i just go round and round getting nowhere. Even when I call them the call ends because there is no option to speak to anybody . Please help...

We booked a vehicle from mumbai to shirdi for 10th of September and we did not get what we paid for. We were sent an old vehicle, which was extremely dirty and smelly. The vehicle was in a pathetic condition. When we called the customer care, the ownerr of the vehicle called the driver and asked him to stop the car in the middle of the highway and forced us to pay him the balance amount.
