We booked a vehicle from mumbai to shirdi for 10th of September and we did not get what we paid for. We were sent an old vehicle, which was extremely dirty and smelly. The vehicle was in a pathetic condition. When we called the customer care, the ownerr of the vehicle called the driver and asked him to stop the car in the middle of the highway and forced us to pay him the balance amount. This was sheer harassment ras we were in the middle of the highway with my old parents. The owner was extremely rude and misbehaved with us on phone. The customer care was unapologetic and said “this is how vehicles are”. We sent them all the photos and videos as a proof that we weren’t bluffing. But they refused to budge.
