I purchased a red bus ticket the emailed ticket says I can change my ticket un until day of travel. I have downloaded app and spent hours trying to change my ticket but the emailed bus ticket number is not recognised by the app or the website. There is no way you can speak to a real person so i just go round and round getting nowhere. Even when I call them the call ends because there is no option to speak to anybody .
