regarding notice sent

me tejas mehta want to lodge complaint regarding internet connection . as one month v r out station our net payment was due. by next month 10 without any prior notice. our connection was disconnected. now v have received advocate notice. which recieved after due date kindly loge our complaint.

hardly gets connected
Few half starved loud mouthed kids came and provided the Reliance broadband connection to my premises at B-6/108 Kalyani 741235, India.
My subscriber no[protected].
I never find anybody around on telephone to talk to about this never ending misery (well in India it is never ending misery, excepting for the local glorified titled...als, as is known to the world).
Whenever I try to connect, it comes back...

Not able to connect
Hi,
I am not able to connect internet through my machine and i also made call to customer care 5-6 times every time they says you information is not uopdated and i will forward for that. i had taken connection one month back and now they are saying they don't have information. I think so i have to their office and update my information :-)
what shold i do i don't know? i think so i have to go cyber...
