This is to bring to your notice that general retailers are charging more than MRP while selling cold drinks in the name of 'cooling charge'. This is rampant at every shop.. the MRP is 10/- while they sell it at 12, 13 or 14 Rs. Customer does not bear the burden of retailers electricity bill and so I request you to strictly act on this issue. Every bottle there's an extra charge of 20-30% ...this is a widespread malpractice. Kindly take necessary...

From many days the price of soft drinks is being sold at higher price after written on bottels. I have purchased thums up price written on it is 69 but shopkeepers are taking 5rs extra and excuseexcuse they are giving is that for cooling even though there is no scarcity of electricity. I want that government take some quick action....
