This is to bring to your notice that general retailers are charging more than MRP while selling cold drinks in the name of 'cooling charge'. This is rampant at every shop.. the MRP is 10/- while they sell it at 12, 13 or 14 Rs. Customer does not bear the burden of retailers electricity bill and so I request you to strictly act on this issue. Every bottle there's an extra charge of 20-30% ...this is a widespread malpractice.
