Hi, I am a very old lady and unable to stand hence took the auto (Mh 43 ac 4782) from Sec 26 Vashi to NMMC hospital. Despite knowing I am unwell, the driver refused to take me inside the hospital and forced me to get down in front of the auto stand from where I have to cross the road all the way to hospital gate and go deep inside. Such an inhuman behavior of these auto drivers and their harassment and verbal abuse is something not acceptable specially I am senior citizen. Kindly take action..

I mr.Yuvraj patole complaintner ...my complaint is me after 12 hours working and then dt.12.03.2023 time 23.05 get off vashi station and come out side for auto many auto standing there i just ask auto driver ( AUTO NO.MH04 8088) vashi ..he say no. (his auto is share auto ) i just stand behind uther man is say to him vashi and he say yes ...so just im saying him ..kai re me tula bol lo vashi tar tu nahi bol la aani atta ...he say mazi riksha aahe me kahihi karen.
after working full day and night happens like this is too horeble
so please give me justice.

The vehicular traffic in koparkhairane is increased due to increase in the population at Ghansoli, there is a trend amongst the four wheelers and two wheelers' drivers to break the signal at Bonkode signal, koparkhairane, -(Near Kalash Udyan), it is difficult to cross the road and possibility of accidents, there is a need to depute at least one traffic Police for 8 hours or staggering of duty for 4 hours in morning and 4 hours during evening hours duty to discipline the drivers and ensure the safety of citizens, It is observed that the traffic police personnel are only available between 9.00 AM & 10.00AM on some days and not every day.

Khali upload kelelya rickshaw walya ne sector-15 to Airoli station paryanta bhada nakarla. Ani uddhat pane bolla mazya barobar. Majhya takrari cha sahanubhuti purvak vichar karava ashi vinanti.

The auto rickshaw whose photos I uploaded below, misbehaved with me and refused to take me to the Airoli railway station from sector-15. I kindly request you to take quick action against him.

I have applied online for Renewal of driving license and taken a slot from 10 am to 11.00 am. However by reaching 15 min. before the slot in the office of Dy. RTO, vashi, Navi Mumbai 400705, MH43, window no. 27 is still closed. The timing of windows shows that window will operate from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm.
Hence it is necessary to update the working hours as per window timing on parivahan portal.

I applied for LMV learning via online postal Sarathi. I have MCWG driving license already. But its more than a week status is
"Application is under processing at RTO Level." Counter "IMV1408211".

Could you please let me know when shall they complete the scrutiny ?

I have given driving test on 25th dec, 2020 which was cleared 1 attempt and updated on RTO portal same day. but I am yet to receive the license even after 6 months. my application number is[protected].

This is bring to your notice i have applied for my learning license through online portal. My documents are verified by rto officer, vashi navi mumbai. The same is showing on online portal. Details are as follows:

But i have gone to rto vashi, the officer sitting in window no 23 asking about the file which i have already submitted and the same was verified, still he is asking about file i don’t understand what is the use of online system. If my learning license is showing online then why he is asking again to submit the file. Last 2 time i have visited the rto office and he is always refusing and asking whether you have applied through agents or not.

The Cause of action here arises at Airoli, Navi Mumbai and is thus under the jurisdiction of this RTO. This complaint is regarding the plying of Auto-Rickshaws without permits. There are many which do not have a meter attached to their vehicles at all & demand any ransom they think is right. What’s worse, auto drivers are also demand saying that there is a 'prepaid auto fare system', forcing the common man to shell out extra money. Despite the increase in the minimum fare of auto rickshaws last year, the nuisance of errant drivers refusing to ply by meter does not seem to end. Also, there are Traffic Police officials present as well but do not catch hold of these drivers. This is wrong both ethically and legally from a consumer point of view. Some of the residents have personally tried to stop such drivers but they continue to return and are often found at the D-Mart, Airoli auto-stand. It is partly the fault of the so-called learned citizens as well who travel in such not-maintained Rickshaws especially which do not have proper meters. I personally have called up the RTO helpline and addressed this issue but in vain. Majority of the non metered rickshaws are Blue and Black in colour instead of the usual Kali- Pili.
