Dear sir,

As a responsible citizen, it is my duty to bring in your notice that regular garbage damping (And not cleaning) beside the newly constructed road at faridabad sector-3 near tagore public makes the environment very unhealthy.
As the garbage is not cleaned on periodic basis it has occupied almost half of the road width. The situation is very critical as the school is nearby and it will create various disease if the same way it continues.

I request you to kindly take necessary action for either stop damping or periodic cleaning to make our city clean & beautiful and fulfill the pm's vision of "satchya bharat

I am rented in design arch society surajpur site c greater noida from last one year.

I am facing the problem with electric charges. Here we have secure meters those we recharge and use electricity.
I am using only one fan and 2-3 cfl and they are charging me 10 to 20 units daily.

I complained to the maintenance (Electrician - nitish) regarding the same bt they are saying you use that much of electricity.

We are complaining this from last six months. Current incident is i was not at home on sunday and my mcb was down and when i cam back on monday, i found i was charged 18 units and then i checked the load that was 1 to 2 kw when my mcb was down.

Also nitish was using the abusive language when i went to complain about sunday charges.

Please help me

Sir rwa wale bar bar mere ghar ke pass transformer installed karwa dete hai. Jb hum request krte hai to kahte ki aap jameen dila do hum wanha se hatwa denge. Pahle hvds transformer lagwaya tha jiski parinam hum bhugat rehe hai ab lvds lagwana chahte hai unhone apply kr diya hai aur ghar ke pass mere lagwayega kya hum hamesha unki ye manmani sahte rehe. Bijali sabko chahiye to transformer sirf mere ghar ke pass kyun. Wo apne ghar ke pass kun nhi lagwa lete. Now what should i do?

I am resident o[censored]ppals southend sec 49 sohna road gurgaon.in our society near matrikiran school, unauthorised pgs for boys and girls are opened due to which society has become unsafe and they keep the area very dirty. Also they have opened an unauthorized poultry farm which has made area a disease-prone area. Really of the society doesn't listen to our complaint. Also inspite of paying heavy really charges, there is no maintenance in the society (Unclean and broken roads, parks etc). Please look into this matter.

I have lived in orchid island sector 51 gurgaon for three years. Last week when i decided to shift out of the complex on a transfer, i was told that i have to pay to pay transfer fee of rs 2500. When i opposed this draconian rule, i was told that i will not be allowed to leave the complex till i pay. Is there any law to protect tenants from such societies. When i spoke to the district registrar, he strongly condemned this practice and said that this was illegal, and that he would look into the matter

I am a 12 years old living in ae block, shalimar bagh delhi -88. I have a complaint against the president of our block. He is not allowing us to play in the park just because the grass will get spoiled. He always put water so that we will not be able to play. Please help the us (Children) of ae block. So, that we can play. He has taken 3 football along with wickets. Please just make him allow us to play in the park as we are kids and without playing there is no meaning of childhood. I do not want my football back but i just want that he allows us to play.

I sanjay handa resident of sunder appt. Wants go to on light on a topic that some outsider shopkeeper and other are parking their car inside the apartment. As all o[censored]s we know that we have few parking. If outsiders are going to park their car inside then where resident are going to park their car. When i objected one of the car no. Dl8c al 3300 many time to sarwa.
After few days the same car was provided with the sarwa sticker of flat no. 24a that is illegal activity at all. I have also given a written complaint last month. But no action was taken.
Please confirm me with whose authority these car have been provided with sarwa sticker and please look in to the matter and do the needful

This particular sewerage line gets blocked every month and creates a mess for the residents, especially for the 1st few houses. Residents have to get it cleared & unblocked on their own as no rwa assistance visits the location.
Kindly get this whole sewerage line cleaned on priority as it's home to number of diseases. Attached are the pics of the overflow.

Sec-19 block a, noida park has under maintained play area. Also small kids cannot play in park as a group of 25 teenagers play football and everyday 3-4 year kids are hit by their football. Park is for everyone but kids cannot roam in the park due to safely issues. We have no option but to keep kids at home which is not healthy for them. We feel helpless and donot know whom to complain. Look up to you for redress all

I am a resident of maya enclave, hari nagar west delhi.. Here the residence welfare association is so weak that they donot take careof societies cleanliness and there is lack of security in the colony.
There is no action by the president of r. W. A in our society.
Also i m already paying a sum of ₹ 4000 annually to them and still there is no improvement.
Please refer to the complaint as soon as possible or else i have to file a case against them.

I am a senior citizen of age 67 years residing with my husband in Anandam Apartment, 149 A Bangur Avenue, Flat No. – 05, Kolkata – 700055. My husband is a retired engineer.
Due to ill behaviour of Mr. S.K. Sarkar (Ex-President) and Mr. Sanjoy Bandopadhyay (present Secretary) of our apartments’ welfare society, my mental peace has been lost. They have mentally tortured me and my husband for a long time and had also done the same to my mother in the past.
This matter had reached such a state that on morning of 26th April 2017, as soon as we opened the door, Mr. Sanjoy Bandopadhyay verbally attacked my husband and even attempted to hit him. However, his wife stopped him from hitting my husband and she finally took him away after he had verbally abused and showcased a manner-less body language to me and my husband.
The reason for this act of Mr. Sanjoy Bandopadhyay was our refusal to pay maintenance and other charges in cash. I and my husband are insisting for the past 1 year to accept all charges in cheque or online. But they have always refused to open a bank account and want all transactions to be made in cash only. They are neither agreeing to collect payment in cheque, nor are they producing any yearly balance sheet of the charges (Expenditure vs Collection done from residents) of society and auditing the same.
Hence, I eagerly request you to help us to restore our mental peace and making the system of payment in cheque/online along with the on-going cash collection method.

Dear rwa management,

I resident of w block in jmd gardens. I went for membership in hamlet club but management said that residents of w block are not allowed in club.

We are also humans and part of the educated society. How can you judge us from the residence. A single person don't need 3-4 bhk flat. This is the reason i am residing in w block but your management think that we'll create mess.

Before giving membership, you can take assurance from us in form of security, id proofs, earnings, etc. But you can't deny on the basis of block.

I request you to resolve this matter and allow me to take membership on the basis of constitutional right of right of freedom and you can't be bias.

Vipul Green's RWA works in an autocratic manner. In April 2017 they slapped an arrear of Rs 0.52 per sq ft for the year 2015-16 as the difference between the billed cost and audited cost - which is 20% increase. Does it take 1 year to audit the cost? The full year arrear comes as a shock and burden to any resident who has hard earned money. Does the RWA spends blindly, expecting that residents will pay for it and exercise no prudence? The RWA should not be allowed to charge maintenance on retrospective basi.s

Hi all,

I am a resident of shankar vihar east delhi for last 30 years however just a month ago in h. No.8 shankar vihar "grey salon" was opened on rent and they illegally occupied the road on the back side of the house by putting water tank and big genset in the middle of the road which is creating a lot of noise and air pollution and also creating issues for passer byes, and when residents objected on that they start abusing and also threatened to put some illogical allegations on male residents by there lady staff.

In spite of number of complaints in police no appropriate action was taken as he keeps on threaten people that he has a very good approach and no one can do anything against him.

Hence as a good resident i am lodging one formal complaint to the concerned authority and would request you to take appropriate action against the illegal activities going on by "grey salon".

I an a resident of Ekta Apartments (A-2B Block) Paschim Vihar. The street lights near my area are not working at all. There is total darkness at night. It is very very dangerous. No one looks at these problems. RWA must check every society time to time. Many neighbours are complaining. Really disgusting!
I hope u'll look into this matter as soon as possible.

K. a. balasubramanian ca of khanna & annadhanam was handed a contract to handle auditing of a society by her associate pallavi sawhney - (president of the society) without a proper tender process. a couple of cas tried to apply for the auditors job but she choise her own company.

Pallavi and rohit sawhney were working with them directly in the past. they have managed to manipulate the financial statement for a couple of years. the shameful couple who lives between people decided to cheat the very people she lives with.

Their confidence is so high about not getting caught in the system that they have tabled one of the largest scan in the soceity history which is ranging into multi-crore now.

Any questions asked about the financial accounts - she has decided not to answer. if you push for answers then she will try to raise a fake police complaint or defame an individual.

This is the educated class of culprits in the society today.

I want to highlight the problem of dogs in our street
There is a dog in my street which is very harmful, small childer are scare from them. Dog always bark on them. All the people are very interuped by dog.

They have been threatened, abused and harassed over playing football and other sports in the park. This issue has cropped up time and again, for the past 6-7 years. However, there has been no resolution to this tussle. Certain individuals who have no power or authority whatsoever have been bothering the children and scaring them away. At night, they switch off the lamp posts that have been installed in the park without permission, thereby violating rules and also causing complete darkness in and around the areas surrounding the park.

This has been going on for quite some time and is adding to the security concerns of the residents. Also, the aforementioned individuals bring their own personal pedestal fans to the park every evening and plug it into the power source meant for the lamp posts. They are in a way stealing electricity even while they rob off the children of their basic rights. However such discriminate treatment is also selective. 30 year old men can sit in the park and drink beer, 65+ years old ladies can use pedestal fans running on electricity that they dont pay for, but 10-19 year old children are not allowed to play. Also, how is cricket allowed inside a park where football is forbidden? There is no logic involved in their arguments against children's sports.

Please look into the above mentioned matter.

1. In utter disregard to restrictions, owners of b-582 & b-566 have extended their balconies to erect additional room, encroached legitimate parking place and, in addition to this, they are utilizing parking place of others to park their vehicles up16 ak 8820, dl8cx 3345, dl8cak 6737, dl2cn 9291 and more. This reducing of parking place by blatantly abusing dont's given in allotment letter. This have become a source of daily quarrel while parking my vehicle, as it happened yesterday the 5th april 2016 evening. The matter becomes more serious when the resident of b-582 is vice-president of kvaoa which is rwa here. Seeing him many others like resident of b-566 encroached parking place likewise. It is requested that the encroached common portion of parking place be got released from them.

2. It is evident that the above residents not only have encroached common portions but also have made holes in the base walls to fix additional windows in utter disregard to dont's given in master plan. This has created earthquake hazard. It is requested that base walls be got repaired as were made originally in consonance with the plan given in technical brochure of kvaoa phase-i & phase-ii, noida.

3. It may not be wrong to say that for their ulterior motives above said residents are endangering the life and the property of the other occupants of kendriya vihar sector-51. Any mishap which may occur, they should be criminally charged the same and for not taking any so many pleas the executives of the rwa be also punished false joining their dirty hands with them.

With atmost respect. We the children of sector 23, appeal before you for the removal of restrictions on playing sports. Every park or a playground nearby our homes has a sign on it "Playing cricket not allowed" . where shall we play? Sit in our homes and become obese? Degrade our physical activity, ? Sports should be encouraged in every community, but here they are discouraged, Recently, cricket is banned in TAU DEVI LAL PARK. We need a place to play. It's our right to play. I request the authorities to take necessary and speedy action regarding this issue, for us cricket is our religion, and we are not allowed to go to the worship place. Thanks. We want the parks only for the time 7-11 am on weekends

I am resident of block b 3 paschim vihar, west delhi. The association is not working properly. We are facing problems regarding street lighting, sewage problem and most importantly watchman problem. People are not paying for watchman. And those who are paying are not satisfied. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

They have not been able to solve single issue that we as residents have been facing and are just minting money. Sir, There is a new restaurant has opened up for Chinese food joint by name of "Happy Hakka" at building no. E-578, Greater Kailash part -2 main road. The place is at front side of the building and is on residential road of Greater Kailash part-2, as the said shop is run illegally and unauthorisedly as the same does not fall in the list of approved commercial activities which can be started on residential roads in category A and B colonies as per MCD master plan. It has been told that the person has bribed the local MCD people and started the Chinese restaurant on main road of Greater Kailash part-2, which is a residential colony road in gross violation to MCD master plan. He has installed fully functional commercial kitchen facilities with multiple gas cylinders and kitchen cooking hubs and has installed several heavy equipments for cooking food and selling it per his Menu as a commercial restaurant unit. You are requested to check this gross abuse of power as the "Happy Hakka" Chinese restaurant is unauthorised and illegally selling food dishes and running a commercial restaurant on residential road in gross violation of law by bribing the local civic authorities. He has installed heavy kitchen equipment at his front shop in name of "Happy Hakka" which creates high disturbance and noise in the residential colony and has created traffic jam on the main road of Savitri cinema going towards Greater Kailash part-2 colony. I would like to remind you that water is one of the most value-able resource on earth, also known as life.
In my society(shipra sun city), I notice that there is so much wastage of water happening. It keep flowing out from the tanks in morning and evening. RWA is not bothering to check why its happening.

I think you should step-in to save this valuable resource bcoz once its gone, its never gonna come back.
