With regret I have to inform you that I purchased 3 luggage bags
of Safari Bags vide Model No. Sonic 65 on 9th July, 2022. Out of which,
one luggage bag is damaged and its chain is not working. I purchase

I took safari traveller bag in Feb 2015 from reliance mart outlet at phoenix mall kurla. since the sales person from safari he had not given the demo how to lock and unlock the bag and also there is not broucher/ manual for same in the bag. he had told us the unlock code is 000 as by default.he had not share the how to change lock system. after 15 days i went to chennai for my work and i opened my bag from default code since it is not working...
