Safari luggage — Baggeg fault and demo

I took safari traveller bag in Feb 2015 from reliance mart outlet at phoenix mall kurla. since the sales person from safari he had not given the demo how to lock and unlock the bag and also there is not broucher/ manual for same in the bag. he had told us the unlock code is 000 as by default.he had not share the how to change lock system. after 15 days i went to chennai for my work and i opened my bag from default code since it is not working so i cut the bag from one side. (since i was locating on remote location ) after back to mumbai bag shows that to sales person refuse to repair the bag and also he is giving bluff to us that i told you that how to change the lock n all and he was telling us this is not covered in warrenty after that they damage the bag from down side now they saying that this damage is not from our side. i just want my bag with good condition kindly take the neccesary action against them.
