I have booked flat at Savannah project at Kanjurmarg east of Jaycee Home Builders by paying 11 lacs advance. We did booking on 19.10.2015 and paid all this amount in cheques. We were conveyed if any delay happens in construction amount will be returned with 15% interest in 2 years. This promise was not met, neigher flat was allotted nor amount is returned so far.
