non refund of extra payments calling internet problem
I have made 3 payments for SID 26DH48.
Two payments made by me got stucked because of website issues at SCMHRD end. on net it displayed that there is some net problem therefore payment can not made but, bank told that payments has been excepted by SCMHRD.
First payment was made by me by Standered Chartered Bank credit card

On 11 jan I made payments to SCMHRD for applying for the institue, but due to websites issues of SCMHRD my 2 payments got stucked.
My thired attempet was sucessful, I though with in few days the stucked amount will be refunded back. But when I saw no such credit to my account I discussed the issue with bank and came to know that the payments have been accepted by the institue.
