As per norms per person can carry 10 kgs but here they are not allowed to take my luggage and asked extra payment 500 rs and created so many issues once at marthandam infront of everyone by driver who traveled on 5th from arumanai bus later by person at nagercoil agent. I used to travel in the shalom career bus on 19 Apr 2022 from Nagercoil to chennai...( 18:30 ).
Very worst experience...
I never found these kind of behavior in any other transportation...
There are 2 drivers driving the bus... One person who drives from nyt 9 to 2.30 is good and genuine...
But next one guy who serve while the other one is driving, and his behavior was very worst with me and shouting to me for...
