As per norms per person can carry 10 kgs but here they are not allowed to take my luggage and asked extra payment 500 rs and created so many issues once at marthandam infront of everyone by driver who traveled on 5th from arumanai bus later by person at nagercoil agent. They are raised and repeatedly saying about additional payment. I booked bus ticket through redbus and seriously worst experience loss of patience have ever faced such an worst hell bus shalom career. This will be the last in Shalom career.
